"Location was good, by the bus station and a 10 minute (uphill) walk into the touristy central area of Belgrade. It's a difficult hotel to review as it's trying desperately to be something, elegant? classy? but it falls short. The décor is more quirky shabby chic than elegant. Some areas need attention, stained carpets and marked walls, not all the lights seemed to work in the room. "Hotel was well located for transport and opposite the old railway station. Despite a late (3am) arrival, staff were still avaliable to greet us. We were given a free upgrade however the room we were on looked out onto the main road and the doors didn’t close properly, meaning we were disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent, as were toiletries avaliable in the room. "

"The dump was a mess with a leaking toilet and things falling apart. The toilet was stinking. They had excuses for everything. The worst hotel experience ever in my 32 years of traveling. I should be given a refund for that dreadful experience."

"We had a comfort room on the third floor. The room was beautiful, and spacious. The view over the park was calm and obstructed a little by trees. Breakfast was basic but fine. We walked everywhere. A1 bus to and from airport is handy at nearby square. St. Marko and even the fortress are within walking distance. Cleaning came everyday with new towels and cleaned the bathroom. No lift so getting up to the room was good exercise. Maybe that is why all the Serbs look so fit and...
