"My wife and I needed a month long rental as we prepared to buy a house. This property was an excellent home for us. It's a charming space that feels welcoming when you walk in the door. We'll absolutely recommend this place to family and friends when they come visit. Communication was great and Molly was a great host!"

"Loved everything about this property! Close to university, updated and clean home with tons of sleeping and entertaining space! Beautiful views made it seem like a vacation spot instead of a neighborhood of houses! Would definitely recommend and rent again!"

"The property is ok, but not great. Lacks updated amenities (there isn't a dishwasher and other appliances are old) and the AC and internet did not work for us. The location is also not clear and we had to call the property owner to ask where it was. Thankfully, he answered on the first call and directed us to the door. it was also not very clean, there were stains on the sheets and carpet was dirty. "

"I didn't expect the apartment was located by a railroad track and a dog compound. the folding chair when I sat down was already broken and I fell on the floor, I didn't expect that renovation was going on at other apartments in the complex. I would say the apartment served my needs, but I would not book it next time"
