"I am completely satisfied: my cabin was not a palace but it was exactly as promised in the online description. If weather is good, as it was during my stay, this place is perfect even when children are seen and heard. "

"Savonlinna Rentals is modern and spotlessly tidy throughout. It’s very close to the Savonlinna train station. It has fast WIFI and a good number of bathrooms (shared). Lastly it is relatively inexpensive. I would definitely stay again."

"This is not by any stretch of the imagination a hotel. It would be generous to describe it as a tired student hall of residence or a cheap backpaper's hostel that has seen better days. The room is stark and very poorly equipped. Advertised for 'self catering' there were no amenities whatsover provided - no crockery or cutlery, no cooking utensils, not even a mug. "This property was wonderful and accommodating so we could eat on the sight or use a full kitchen. Sauna was private and a dip in the lake was possible. Very nice."

"Great location by the lake, with beautiful views. This is an older property which has been repurposed. It would be great if they redid the interiors to make it more comfortable, although it is an interesting view of an older hotel. It faces the sun in the morning, so the rooms get quite hot and opening the windows can only cool it so much, so it was quite warm in the evening. "Kaikki toimii juuri niin kuin toimia kuuluukin. Erityisesti tahdomme kiittää sitä että pääoven edusta oli siivottu ja myöskin parveketerassi oli erinomaisen tarkkaan puhdistettu ja pesty.
