"Perfect location. While close to local wineries we decided to just relax at the cabin. Plenty of games, puzzles, and DVDs. Smart tv available for streaming. Lots of natural light with the windows. Also with all of the windows we had lots of entertainment with bird watching. Bird seed was available at the cabin to help attract a variety of birds. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was an almost perfect late fall weekend and just loved being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of our living room. Everything was as stated in the description. Having a heavy duty crew cab pickup presented an interesting endeavor getting turned around 😆, the driveway was very steep and not a ton of room. I managed. Skee Ball was a huge hit. Didn’t explore the dock since it was the last weekend of October. Would definitely consider staying there...

"My girlfriend and I had a great glamping experience hosted by Dave and his wife. Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). For anyone looking for sometime to disconnect and enjoy with a loved one - We recommend this cabin for you!"

"Very nice renovated cabin in the woods away from it all. We had a really nice time there. When we were there winter weather was at the height of stormy weather. Snow and ice were happening. A 4WD truck is best for this weather scenario, which we had and experienced no issues.the cabin access road was plowed as necessary, so no issues!We had a great relaxing time! "

"We originally booked two nights and then decided to extend our stay. Partly because of the weather but also just because we were enjoying it so much! Very cozy and clean. Close to fun things to but you also feel like you’re nice and secluded and have privacy. Beautiful cabin!"

"House was neat and clean. Home was cold and musty smelling upon arrival.. We did find the air purifier and heating system was adequate but the musty odor remained so clothing actually took on odor. Nice location, clean and private setting."

"It was clean, tidy, & well stocked with just about anything you could need. They even included some extra personal touches of wine & flowers for our celebration. Host was friendly, & communcation was prompt.They are located across the st. & the pond in the listing is actually on their home property, but we'd recommend this place regardless. Just book it!"

"We spent 4 nights here and loved it. Very quiet and peaceful location. It was the perfect size for our family of 6! We hiked several trails in the area and day tripped to Watkins Glen."

"It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. "

"My wife and I stayed at this location for our anniversary weekend getaway and it was amazing. Gary and Dawn do a great job with their properties as we have previously stayed at the Fox in the Hen house, which is great as well. The Green green grass of home was amazing. Very private. Very warm and cozy. Staying in the wintertime the road is seasonal as listed which was not an issue as we have a 4 wheel drive SUV but plan accordingly if you do not. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the place. The bunk house had loads of cobwebs though and doesn't look like it has been used in a while so no one in our group wanted to use it. I just have an overall issue with the increased prices of VRBO's with the added fees. There is a company that managed this property and then VRBO's fees on top of that made it expensive. VRBO properties used to be comparable to nice hotels but now they are well above that. Hope that can change because we love...
