Away from it all
We were looking for a more authentic and quiet experience in the countryside. This place fit the bill perfectly! Nestled in a tiny, centuries-old hamlet, the old, renovated farmhouse had all the comforts we needed and the peace and quiet we craved. With our daughter and our niece, we each had our own bedroom, which provided even more relaxation. The small pool was cold which discouraged the others but did not stop me. We went for short walks in the surrounding fields, watching the cows and the sheep. Lovely Mom Cat and her 2 two beautiful kittens (who were always around) had our number in no time and knew where to come for breakfast and dinner. We wanted to pack them in our bags! Our host, Laurent, was charming, easy-going and could not have been more helpful! The area is perfect for day trips to castles, gorgeous villages and charming markets - and then come home to perfect stillness and peace. PS Don't expect the TV to provide entertainment, and do bring your own board games. But playing jeu de boules and badminton on the lawn was very cool. Btw: no internet (which was good and bad at the same time).

A lovely property in a tranquil hamlet. Perfect place to unwind!
We had a lovely stay in Barbat. Lots of great places to visit coupled with the perfect place to chill out made for a brilliant holiday. Laurent is an excellent owner and was always quick to help out with anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Ein sehr schönes , mt viel Engagement hergerichtetes Haus.Sehr autentische Räume, genug Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle, ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Küche,schönes Schwimmbad und große Wiese mit Badminton-und Volleyballnetz. Lage in einem sehr alten, zum großen Teil nicht mehr bewohnten Weiler. Äußerst angenehmer und netter Vermieter.

Maison située dans un hameau rural. Un rez de chaussée bien frais mais des chambres à l'étage à ventiler en cas de canicule. Piscine très appréciée ainsi que les différentes terrasses. Et enfin un hôte très à l'écoute et réactif.

Maison super confortable au calme
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (5 adultes, 2 ados et 2 chiens). La maison est idéalement aménagée et les chambres sont bien réparties avec 3 espaces nuits (2 chambres à l'étage, puis une autre à l'étage mais accessible par un autre escalier et une au RdC). L'espace piscine à l'arrière de la maison a beaucoup de charme et le terrain devant la maison est bien clôturé ce qui est parfait avec un chien. Nous avons profité des environs (balades, canoe, visites) et des bons produits du coin. Nous recommandons à 100% ;-) Merci pour votre accueil.

Excellent accueil de l'hôte ,disponible pour nettoyer la piscine , flexible pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. L'endroit est très calme tout en étant à 10 minutes en voiture des commerces et grandes surfaces. La maison est en pierres et donc frais à l'intérieur lorsqu'il fait chaud. Bien équipée (Cuisinière gaz, micro ondes, cafetière, four, grille pain et machine à laver; Il y a toujours une place à l'ombre (devant ou derrière. Bref excellent séjour et très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et petits et grands ont apprécié la piscine. La semaine a été trop courte pour profiter de toutes les activités et visiter toutes les beautés de la région. Un chose est sûre, nous n'avons manqué de rien et on ne s'est pas ennuyé !!

Merci pour l’accueil et pour la qualité de la maison. Nous avons eus assez d’espace pour 5 personnes ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants entre 4 et 8 ans) il y a un terrain de badminton et une table de Ping pong( attention elle n’est plus toute neuve) mais tout est jouable. La piscine non chauffée est privative et protégée pour les enfants et elle a une bonne profondeur. Si vous avez lampiste question remarque ou souhaits, appelez-le propriétaire il est super a l’écoute et disponible. Je recommande cette maison qui dépayse vraiment au calme

Gite bien situé pour découvrir la région de Rodez à cahors. Gîte très agréable, avec une belle pièce à vivre, la partie piscine sécurisée et un grand espace devant pour manger et jouer au badminton. Visite de figeac, Bozouls, Villefranche, grotte de pêche merle etc... Bons souvenirs

Magnifique maison pas très loin de Villefranche-de-Rouergue, très bien équipé et calme. Parfaite pour se ressourcer et se retrouve en famille ou entre amis. De plus, l’accueil y est particulièrement chaleureux. Je recommande très fortement cette location.

Notre séjour au mas de Barbat correspond parfaitement à nos attentes ; le lieu est charmant. L’accueil parfait et les environs très riches pour répondre à nos attentes de visites touristiques. À cette période la piscine non chauffée mériterait peut-être une petite bâche de protection mais comme la semaine à été très belle, nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours. La piscine était un de nos critères de choix pour le séjour ... nous donnons un avis très positif sur la prestation proposée !...

Cadre parfait pour des rencontres familiales(notre cas) ou entre amis. Tout est pensé pour un séjour sans stress, dans la bonne humeur(beaucoup d'espace, belle décoration et aménagements pratiques) sans oublier la piscine ensoleillée et bien sécurisée ainsi que les jeux mis à disposition . Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. A recommander sans hésitation.

Un grand et beau gîte au calme tout près de Villefranche de Rouergue
Une belle maison rénovée et entretenue avec goût, dans un hameau calme tout près de Villefranche de Rouergue et des nombreux sites à visiter. Plein de choses à faire sur place : ping pong, badminton, boules, piscine, et bien sûr des promenades. Un propriétaire accueillant, sympathique et prévenant.
