"Staff were exceptional throughout but particularly at Reception. A credit to the hotel and to Sweden. It's a nice hotel in good location and the breakfast is a superb. The common areas are really nice and relaxing. The downside is that the pool is part of the Spa and can not be used by "ordinary" guests. If you don't want the full Spa treatment you can't take a dip. The Classic Double that I stayed in had a large window into a closed courtyard facing other rooms with similarly large windows....

However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. "Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"Its ridiculous that you pay over 1000 SEK for a night and there is no cleaning inscluded. You have to do it yourself and if you don’t do it properly they will charge you for another 1000 SEK. And there is no WiFi. You get very little for the money. And for that much money they charge they should provide a much better bed. The beds are so soft you get back pains for days. I would never come back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a money machine with bad service. "
