The Space:
Located on the third floor of a Federal-inspired, fully modern condominium complex, The Loft on Bay Street boasts an incredibly spacious design that is accentuated with personal touches to provide you a quiet and comfortable stay, while being perfectly located to all Savannah has to offer.
After entering the loft, follow the long hallway past the sleeping accommodations to the open concept living space overlooking the courtyard. This expansive living space features two comfy sofas, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV with all of the apps ready to be signed into, for your enjoyment. Flowing directly into the well-appointed kitchen, find a large island with room for four, a gas range, and an island sink that looks out onto the balcony. Enjoy all the essential kitchen items you need to cook a delicious meal including utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, and blender. Ready for that Georgia breeze? Step out onto the loft’s balcony overlooking the small courtyard below. Tucked on the side of the building, you are shielded from the noise of Bay Street yet inspired by watching the hustle and bustle of people come and go from the Starbucks below. Just off the living space, find a half bathroom for convenience.
Perfect for the short overnight or for a longer stay, the Loft features two immaculate ensuite bedrooms boasting their own private bathrooms, walk-in closets, smart TVs with cable, and comfortable king mattresses with plush pillows and crisp linens. The master suite provides a luxurious bathroom with a stand-up shower, separate soaking tub, and double vanity, while the second suite provides a single vanity and stand-up shower, both featuring beautiful tile work and fresh updates.
Working remotely during your stay? With plenty of countertop and table space to set up your home office, the Loft provides you with reliable 150 Mbps WIFI, ready for all your video conference and multi-tasking needs. The loft is also perfect for your longer stay, with an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, along with providing dressers and closet space for all your needs.
Bringing your own vehicle? We provide one parking space in the Whitaker Garage near the loft.
Guest Access:
You may access the entire condo unit and our garage parking space 24/7. We ask that you please be courteous to your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum from the hours of 10pm - 8am. We live in a very residential condo building so we just ask that you help us maintain the relationships we have with our friendly neighbors. Directly below the condo on the ground floor is a Starbucks and one of our favorite local restaurants, Treylor Park's Double Wide Diner!
The Neighborhood:
Although the loft will be hard to leave, the Loft on Bay is perfectly situated for you to find your Savannah adventure. Known for its colonial-inspired architecture and history and providing the southern hospitality you are looking for; Savannah will not disappoint.
Just below the loft find Starbucks along with one of our favorite restaurants, Treylor Park Double Wide Diner featuring incredible plates, biscuits, skillets, tacos, sandwiches, and more.
Ready to start exploring? You are just minutes from River Street featuring amazing eats like Bernie’s Oyster House, The Cotton Exchange Tavern, and Vic’s on the River. Grab some delicious seafood at the Chart House or enjoy some modern flare at Myrtle & Rose. With the City Hall Ferry landing located on River Street, you can easily jump on one of Savannah’s famous ferries and explore the city from the water. There are plenty of rooftop bars just a stone's throw away, like Rocks on the Roof and Top Deck.

Spend some time breathing in the fresh Georgia air by relaxing in one of Savannah’s many squares. Ellis Square is just steps from your door and the famous Forsyth Park is just 1.1 miles away. Your trip to Savannah wouldn’t be complete without taking one of the many biking or trolly tours. Just a 12-minute walk to Savannah Bike Tours or head the other way on a 12-minute walk to Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah. Either way, you will enjoy exploring the historic city of Savannah from your Trolley seat or bicycle seat.
Looking to simply get around with ease? The Dot bus line is a free service that will get you all around downtown Savannah. Even better, the Bryan & Bull Bus stop is just minutes from your door.
Getting Around:
This is an EXTREMELY walkable location! You do not need a car when staying here, but if you are driving in, we offer one free parking spot in the Whitaker Parking garage. All other cars will need to either pay for a garage spot or park on the metered street, or grab a parking pass with the City for $24 for 48 hours. We recommend using Uber/Lyft when needing to drive anywhere as it is much easier than finding parking.
Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the condominium with respect, as if it was your own property.
"Quiet Hours" are 10pm - 8am.
If you use our nice linens to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, you will be subject to a fee of $25 per occurrence.
