Stayed here on my honeymoon. Location was clean and close enough to everything that we didn't bother getting a car, we just walked everywhere. Would happily stay here again!

The unit had 3 inches of dust on the air vent filters and the kitchen was pretty filthy (anyone with allergies like myself should avoid). The bed had no headboard and was on wheels - two people could normally sleep on a Queen, but with the pillows falling off constantly and the rolling of the bed made it impossible to sleep on. The couch was from the 1980s and supposedly was a sleeping option … yikes. The leasing company (Cora Bett Thomas) was a nightmare to work with and I had to talk with different agents to get help - they had trouble communicating with one another, so we ended up not even staying at this property except for one night. The only thing going for this property is the location. Other than that, I do not recommend. Stay far away!

We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean and conveniently located near everything. We walked everywhere. Parking was easy enough and only had to move the car once for the street sweeping schedule. When we return to Savannah, we would like to stay here again.

The location of this property was great but it needs some TLC. The shower drain was clogged, a light was out in the bathroom and I found a large clump of dust in my bed. Overall, I would recommend looking for another place to stay in the area if you can

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was terribly dated with decrepit furniture, rugs, etc. Particularly troubling was the condition of the bed which has a broken mattress and box spring. In general the location is fine but the rental needs to be updated badly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found that the rental needed some real TLC. The bathroom had a lightbulb out and the shower drain was very clogged. I found a clump of dust on the bed and the pull out couch mattress cover had stains that looked similar to blood on it. The location was perfect but otherwise the property was not ideal.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. A lovely spot walking distance to many things in beautiful Savannah. The hosts prepared us with all the information we needed and the apartment was well equipped so we never even had a need to reach out to them. Great stay!

A Wonderful Stay
A nice, clean apartment. Ideal for a couple or individual who's looking to mostly eat out. The location is a good compromise between price and the convenience of accessing downtown and historic Savannah. We had a great stay and would come back again.

My husband and I loved our stay! Very clean and quiet. Just two things we didn’t like but it’s still a 5 star stay. (Bed kinda small for two people & it’s really noisy) and (bedroom door locking) we would most definitely stay again though.
