Awful all around. Pervasive smell of pot and cigarette smoke in and around the room. Nothing worked well. General state of disrepair and poor upkeep. This place needs a complete overhaul.

The pictures posted are not indicative to the actual condition of the room you are assigned. The office staff was great, but the property itself, not so much. This is an extended stay property, with very "rough around the edges" clientele. First night had a couple two doors down having a verbal altercation using explicit language. Just glad our granddaughter had not been with us. This is not recommended for a family to stay.

The front door had a big opening at the bottom? Paint was horrible need to improve of that is done better it would allow the room a better visible look. There was an horrible smell when we walk in (we just got a candle and lit it) maybe trying some bake soda in the empty rooms to eliminate this. There were no bath towels in the bathroom. But the good thing that I enjoyed was that the refrigerator got COLD! The stove top was clean (thumbs up). But it was in a great spot we did not have to go far for anything. I would stay again

During my stay there was alot of residents at all times of the night being loud and standing around making it feel not safe. Then there was a night where we lost water and noticed they had a pipe break on the third floor and a employee was dumping it from the top and it was pouring out by our door and coming under the door it was a mess and a horrible stay. The pics are not how the room is at all!

Not bad at all
It was not a bad experience. Not too fancy but its good for the price. The check in was really fast. I wanted to be on first floor and they made it happen. Nice people nice hotel.
