Overnight pit-stop on the way to Florida
We needed a place to rest our heads for the night on they way to Florida, and this little house did the trick. I would say that the house was not exactly as described. The first thing is that this listing was never advertised as a duplex, so, every picture of the outside yard space appeared to be something we had access to, but since we had the downstairs duplex, we didn't have access to the two upper decks. The back yard was not fully fenced, and there was an driveway alley behind the house, so we could not let the kids go out to play and feel comfortable with them being out of our sight. The kitchen picture shows a table which is much too large for the space, so the 6 of us could not sit around it. I was surprised after online booking and paying for this house for 1 night, to have the manager tell me that it was a 2 night minimum. There is certainly nothing in the listing saying that. We decided to book for the 2 nights, as it was still cheaper than the local hotel. My booking said we could check in at 3, but we did not recieve check in information until 430. Luckily we did not arrive that early. If what you need is a place to spend the night, this cozy, clean duplex should do the trick. We travelled with children, so we were hoping to have some outdoor space for them to unwind.
