Built in 1861, this charming row home is located on a quiet street in the Historic District. This spacious one bedroom getaway is perfect for a couple looking to explore the rich history of Savannah, or a traveling single.

Enter your property via electronic lock, and forget the hassle of carrying keys! Stepping inside you'll be pleasantly surprised by the tall ceilings and the amount of natural light. The living room offers a plush grey sofa, arm chair and flat screen television, perfect for those who have their own Netflix or Hulu accounts! A dedicated dining space to enjoy home-cooked meals can be found just adjacent to the living room. Walking down the hall, guests will find the spacious and open kitchen that offers granite countertops, plenty of prep space and a full size washer/dryer thats tucked away. At the back of the home just outside of the bedroom, a roomy bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combination. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, hotel grade linens and a television with access to stream your favorite apps. The private patio is just off of the bedroom, and is a private oasis perfect for a morning cup of joe.

This landmark home built for Noble Hardee in 1861 is perfectly situated to explore Savannah’s historic district. This fully renovated cottage has everything you’ll need to enjoy your getaway. The Honey Bee Cottage is in an excellent location-a short walk to Troup Square, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and historic Jones Street, voted one of the prettiest streets in the United States! A short drive or walk puts you on either Broughton Street or River Street where shopping and dining abound-it truly is the ideal location from which to explore Savannah.

This place was cute and spacious enough for the two of us. Great location for walking and biking downtown. Small courtyard was nice and kept the bikes out of the way and secure. Would consider staying again if tub drain is cleared so tub can drain and you're not standing in water while you take a shower. Side patio also needs to be cleaned as there is some visible mold.

This would have been a very nice 5 nights except that the place had a VERY BAD ODOR of cooked fish. After notifying the management the person that investigated the odor found that there was a frying pan with oil and fish in it. He tried to spray for the odor and air it out, but nothing worked. The odor lasted from Sunday through Friday. The cleaners did not do a very good job. We found money on the floor of the walk-in closet and dirt on top of the fridge. This place was in a nice location and would have been perfect except for the above problem. Another problem was no measuring spoons, napkins, or Kleenex.

We chose his location because it's located on a lovely street within walking distance to River St, groceries ,bars, coffee shops, retail, etc. The property itself is a very nice cottage with front and back porches.

Great house and location. Needs a new bed.
We stayed in this house about 5 years ago. We decided to stay again on our honeymoon since we liked the house and location so much. Then the bed had a new super comfortable memory foam mattress. I believe 5 years later it’s the same mattress. As you can imagine it was not nearly as comfortable. This great house needs a new bed.

The Best Management Company
Lucky Savannah delivers superb service, particularly appreciated by this elder. Live humans are available most of the day, everyday, they replaced a chirping smoke alarm immediately & check out via text is a breeze. The cottage was as advertised. It is on the same block as the Beach Institute. A quiet neighborhood close to more active parts of the city.

Winter getaway
The condo was perfect, you can’t beat the view. We felt safe and the surrounding area offered plenty of restaurants and bars. The state parks were good and the Mardi Gras in St Andrews was perfect. We will be back to Panama City beach.

Nice couple’s rental in Historic District
Super clean, quiet street, comfortable king bed, couch was a little stiff, is about a 20 minute walk to the river. We walked all around the historic district and found that walking was the way to see downtown. Free parking on the street but not reserved for the rental.

Savannah get away
We had a great stay at the Rose Cottage. Very clean and comfortable space that is within walking distance to everything and easy to find free street parking right on our street. The management company is also excellent and the hospitality app is a must download for some helpful info about your stay and the area. Would highly recommend staying here. Only suggestion would be to add some plastic cups to the cupboards so guests can take drinks to go with them.

Perfect location for R&R Race!
This location was perfect for the Rock & Roll race series. We were able to walk to the start and from the finish line. We were able to do pre race runs through downtown. It was far enough away from the popular areas, so it was quiet. Yet, it was close enough to walk or have short drives. Cute cottage with everything we needed.

Loved this cottage, well located on a quiet street, but walkable to everywhere. Kitchen was well stocked ( corkscrew and wine glasses were great) WiFi/ internet was awful and needs improvement. Also, mattress was on a metal bed frame that creaked a ton every time we rolled over.

Great location
This property is in a great location - close to downtown and things to do, but still quiet in the evenings. The bedroom was a nice size and had a comfy bed with A/C. The kitchen was good. Oddly, the biggest drawbacks were the small bathroom and the uncomfortable couch. Someone else had mentioned the couch in their review and I thought that they were being nitpicky. But this couch really is so uncomfortable. Not so fun for watching TV at night. But other than that, it was a great place and we loved how close it was to everything.

Lovely Retreat in the Historic District
Bijou, charming, cute, and retro in the best possible way, all describe my cottage stay. The space looked just like the online pictures. The kitchen was complete with everything I needed. The washer and dryer helped me pack up with clean clothes when it was time to go. The bed was comfortable. Some downsides...the smart TV needed instructions. However, I was walked through the kinks with the property managers. The little garden was also right on time. Still, the neighbor in the next cottage over decided to climb out of his window and try to purloin the chairs from the garden attached to my side of the cottage. Not good. Later that night, this same guy decided to get sloppy drunk and slam his wife/girlfriend around his unit, which was unfortunately my bedroom wall. Lots of cursing, yelling and tears. A pretty bad scene. When I inquired about these people, I was surprised to learn that the unit was handled by an entirely different company. I was pleased to learn that in the future, should I decide to book the cottage again, I can always call the management 24/7. The neighbor across the street was walking his cat (yes, that is a thing) and he told me that in the 12 years that he's lived across from the cottages, this was the first time there's ever been any problem with noise. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay.

Cozy and very easy to get around
Property was clean and had everything we needed. It is about 20 minutes maximum walk to most things we wanted to do, so we kept the car in the free parking and walked almost everywhere. Washer/dryer was a plus! I would absolutely stay here again.

Was a super place to stay. Did have a little nuisance with little bugs that fly and small spiders in the bedroom. Nothing that was horrible. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house other than to sleep. Easily able to walk to everything Savannah has to offer.

Great Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend. The property was exactly as pictured, and clean upon arrival. We were a little concerned at the on-street parking as we were arriving late Friday evening. There were no issues at all. There always seemed to be an open spot near the front of the unit. We walked everywhere and enjoyed it! The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was the "cable" or "firestick" did not work. It would not even allow us to sign into our own account, so when we sat down to relax in the evenings or wanted to watch the news in the am there was not much to choose from. We will stay there again next time we visit. Thank you for having us!

Wedding Anniversary Getaway
This quaint cottage was absolutely wonderful for our 29th wedding anniversary weekend getaway! It was clean and nicely decorated! We were close to historic district so we could walk, and there was free on-street parking in front of our cottage. We highly recommend this property and will probably visit again in the future!
