This one bedroom condo is at the epicenter of the city in the best possible place for fine dining and touring. If your vision of your Savannah vacation involves walking everywhere then this is perfect!
King bed, updated appliances, extra tall windows overlooking a city square. Ideal home base for a romantic trip where driving is never necessary and museums, shops, restaurants, bars and historic attractions are around every corner. Television and sofa pullout bed in the living room.
This is on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) and there is no elevator. This is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs.
We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is two blocks away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.
