Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. The primary bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. A Forsyth Park must stay
First time in Savannah. This place is right around the corner from Forsyth Park. A most excellent location. Eat at the restaurant in the park, it’s great. Head down Bull St. through all the parks to the Riverfront. Easy walking and great views!

Great location!
Great location, clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials. Only concern is that the stairs to enter were rather steep, and the bathroom adjacent to the king sized bed was very small - shower well below normal width. Listings should warn anyone with mobility issues that this would not likely be a good fit. It is great if you are young and healthy and very convenient to Forsyth park and various bus stops!

The apartment was wonderful! It was perfect for us (mom, dad, adult daughter and her fiancé). Very well equipped, very clean, great location, free parking behind apartment. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again.

The location is good and the property is cute. Parking is a lot tricky but not impossible. There was a gecko that scurried across the floor upstairs(scared the heck out of me at 6am). I went to check under the bed and there was trash from previous guests that was never cleaned. I would suggest extra kitchen towels and an oven mit would be helpful along with normal every day items…salt, pepper, etc and maybe a few extra cooking items. A baking sheet would have been helpful.

The location to Forsyth Park was great! The property was clean for the most part. Desperately need to add a pizza pan! Also, you must have a small car to park in the provided spot. That was not listed on the site.

Great location.
Location of the property can’t be beat. Check-in and arrival was very easy. A couple stray hairs in the shower, and none of the bedside tables and lamps were plugged in. TV remote in one of the bedrooms was missing batteries. Overall, though, the place was comfortable.

Fantastic home and location
We had the most wonderful stay at this home! The location was ideal. We walked pretty much everywhere. Four of us were in Savannah for the half marathon that began and ended at Forsyth Park. We honestly could not have been in a better area. We were able to enjoy the park everyday of our trip. The home was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this home and home management. They were so helpful and incredibly accessible during and before our stay.

Overall everything was great. The apartment just looks like it’s time for a repaint (baseboards, walls) crown molding in kitchen was coming off and maybe just a deep clean. It was not anything serious and we enjoyed our time.

Beautiful location, lovely home
Beautiful location across the street from Forsyth Park. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access. The only thing I would suggest is a few more hand towels for bathrooms and maybe pressure clean the outside stairwell leading to the unit.

Great location with a few issues
Carpet cleaner n bedroom made our white socks black when walking on them. When going up outside stairs from parking spot there is no keypad to allow entrance. You have to walk all the way to the other side of the property to enter. Also the sliding glass door from the parking lot is very hard to slide open. Bathrooms are entirely too small.

Place was nice but security of place and lots of things brokeb
Back door lock didn’t work, had to use a wooden board to secure the back door, towel racks were duct taped on wall. Light bulbs out in the kitchen. Mail slot is open, anyone can lift flap and look right in. Beds sucked and wrapped in plastic so noises and don’t sleep well.

Great location but
The property was not very clean and while recently remodeled it was done on the cheap with floors not level and things looking like they would not last very long. Additionally there is only one parking spot and they state that you can only use it for small to midsize cars. The location itself is why I gave it 4 stars, you’re on a quite street right across from the park.

Great location and so adorable! The sheets on master bed kept coming off and we were pretty much sleeping in the mattress protector the whole time even if we fixed the sheets. I wish there was cleaning products to clean up after ourselves if we spilled something or needed to sweep. Walls need cleaned and there is not a way to control the fan speed in master. I wish there was actually hand soap and stuff rather than hotel amenities. Overall for the price and location you can’t do much better! Best location!

Had to call upon arrival because code instructions were incorrect. Upon entering met with high pitch whistling coming from HVAC register. Filter had not been changed for a LOOONG time. Called again. Unit was not fully cleaned in between stays. Had to call again. 3 calls in first 15 minutes. Candace was very helpful and maintenance and housekeeping came that day. However, the place always smelled vaguely of sewage and while not horrible dirty it was not clean either. Obvious previous leaks evidenced by water stains in paint. Drapes falling down. Beds could be better. Stairs leading to unit are steep and has a big chunk of cement listing. I could go one but you get the picture. And the price we paid was absolutely exorbitant for what we got. Spend your money elsewhere!
