Huge 5 bed, 5 bath in Historic Downtown Savannah

This home is huge! It's a 5 bedroom, 6 beds plus double bed pull out, and 5 bathroom beauty with a sprawling porch and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. The house is recently renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah.

4 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is very large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a huge sectional couch, so it's great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and 2 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs.

We aren't on the property, but we are always available if needed.

Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by.

The house is right on the route of the free shuttle.

My family of six, my sis and her kiddos enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space and the kiddos loved the kitchen on the second floor. We had a great time during our stay.

Perfect for our group!
Very cute house for our stay! Good location and every room has its own bathroom. We were a group of 7 getting together for a night in Savannah before her wedding in Hilton Head. It was in a great location and plenty of space for everyone.

Quick Weekend Getaway
This is a very cute and clean historic house. It’s walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was easy to contact and very thorough with directions. They communicate through the Vrbo portal and send their messages perfectly timed. We would definitely stay again and totally recommend this house for large families or friends.

This description of the house was accurate. Our party consisted of 10 people and the house was big enough for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend better mattresses for the beds.

Girls Savannah Trip
This home offered all 4 of us our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location worked for us as we had a car but is not within walking distance to the River front or shops. It was very easy to access the home and the owner was very good with communication and instructions. We could park in front of the house or behind.

Grad celebration
House was great for sleeping, could accommodate a large party. Very small area to congregate. There is a small step on the main floor that is very dangerous. One of my guests took a very bad fall. I’d make that step more visible. Other than that we had a great time. We used the back yard quite a bit!

Good and nice historical home
Being that this was a 1900’s home, it was good and savannah was great. It is across from a nice big park which was wonderful. The house had some upkeep opportunities and the cups/cookwear left a bit to be desired. We also saw a mouse/rat in the kitchen that scurried across, which was not great, but once again, it is a historic home in an old city. The bathrooms were redone which was nice, but there was no body soap anywhere, just shampoo and conditioner.

Excellent home and location
This was a girl's trip and the house was perfect for 6. The location could not be beat, it is close to grocery stores (walk to Kroger or Brighter Day), several restaurants (Local11Ten and Betty Bombers) and trolley pick up spots (DOT and Tours). We enjoyed walking through Forsyth Park. All of us said the beds were very comfortable (even the two in the bunk beds). Uber had no issues parking to pick us up or drop us off. The neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were almost soundproof. The weather was nice and we enjoyed coffee on the front balcony and wine at the table in the back yard. Any questions we had were promptly answered on the app. The house does require some steps. There are steps to the front door, the kitchen and sitting area are upstairs and there is a step in the hall that can trip you if you aren't looking. I would certainly recommend this home for a visit to Savannah. It had all we could ask for.

Great for Sleeping, Not Great for Gathering
Ample sleeping space and baths for a large group but virtually zero space to gather. One miniature couch and a tiny table are the only indoor places to gather. Maybe 4 people can be in the common living space at one time. Not really well equipped either, we could have used more towels, washcloths, soap at all the sinks, coffee cups, etc. Some of the rooms had no where to put suitcases except for on the floors with no chest of drawers nor closet. A couple of luggage racks would have been great. So if all you need to do is sleep - great house and great location. If you want to hang out with the group you traveled with, this isn't the house for that.

Disappointing!
Unfortunately, I did not feel like this house lived up to the pictures or description. There were actually empty hand soap bottles in at least two of the the bathrooms. One of the bedrooms smelled very strongly of a men’s cologne, which made us wonder if the sheets were changed. The house looks and feels like it’s falling apart. There are a few spaces in the old wooden floors upstairs where you think you may actually fall through. You can actually see light from downstairs coming in through the cracks on the floors upstairs. We arrived in the evening and found the neighborhood to be a quite sketchy. We were nervous about leaving anything in the car, so completely unpacked our car.

Savannah Overnight Trip
We visited the City Market area during the day and wanted to stay near Forsyth Park. This house was in the perfect location. After we checked in, we walked over to the park to enjoy its beauty and take pictures at the fountain. The house was a perfect size for our group and was very comfortable.

My family is very picky when it comes to where they lay their heads. We do strip the beds when we stay anywhere. Some things could have been better, after a couple trips to Walmart, and once they got settled they were okay. They did love the location. Overall a cute house but probably should do more inspection after each stay, (for example, All bedding, closets, iron)

Great location in historic district
The location of this property could not be better! Perfect for taking walks throughout the historic district and enjoying beautiful Savannah. Our party was 7 adults so we enjoyed having the four full baths. (We'd suggest switching the beds in two downstairs bedrooms if possible so that the king bed has a private bath and the bunk beds do not). The house is quite large, so there is plenty of room. The living/kitchen area is small, though, with minimal furniture; we had to sit on metal kitchen chairs when gathered in the evenings since there was not enough room on the couch and chair. The linens were sparse: no kitchen towel, minimal bath towels. Also sparse were the bed pillows; there was only one on our king bed. Fortunately we had driven to Savannah and had brought along our own pillows.

Very clean and in a good location. Living area is small for a 5 bedroom house.
Overall vey good. Suggest that the bed upstairs in the back be replaced so the 4thh bedroom w a bath is usable. Thanks for accommodating us.
