Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Deep South vacation
This was a fantastic property and the reviews were very helpful. Off street parking was very nice, once we parked we didn’t drive anywhere until we left. It was close to everything and having a Krogers within walking distance was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in heart of Savannah.
This little apartment was perfect for our family’s first trip to Savanah. The location was perfect and oh so beautiful. we were able to walk, explore and enjoy all the city had to offer. The apartment was adorable , clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back !

A perfect getaway!
We recently visited Savannah and stayed at this property. It was so wonderful! The amenities were great, and it was a perfect distance to and from historic Savannah. Communication with the host was always prompt. We will finitely be back!

Family vacation
The property is in the perfect location. Easily walk to Forsyth park or even to the river. We had a two year and seven year old and still was able to conveniently walk wherever we wanted.

We loved this property. It was very spacious but had a very cozy feel. The location is amazing, we didn't get back in our car once over the 3 days. We could walk everywhere. Being at street level was ideal, and the outdoor seating options added to the appeal.

Easy check-in, beautiful neighborhood with everything clise by. Clary's Cafe just down the street. Very cozy and clean. Would recommend papertowels in the kitchen and kleenex. Bathtub could use an update. Overall excellent!

Excellent location. E. JONES IS THE PRETTIEST STREET IN SAVANNAH.
Very close to great restaurants & Very quiet area. Beautiful trees full of spanish moss draping from large oaks line this street. You will feel safe & comfortable night or day. Only one negative was bathroom was old & out dated.

We loved getting to stay right on Jones St.! The garden apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to remodel the very old and small bathtub to a larger shower. Besides that, everything was great!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay in the lovely Garden Apartment! This charming property is very comfortable, roomy and very clean! Everything we needed was supplied. The location is on a beautiful street and is within walking distance to everything. Sightseeing trolleys or the free city bus have a stop about 2-3 blocks away if a ride is preferred. We used the rear parking and didn't have to worry about availability of street parking the few times we ventured out farther in the car. Will definitely make this our home away from home on our next stay in Savannah!

Good location, parking handy.
We were able to walk to the River District and enjoy the bars, restaurants, and shopping. Very clean, but wish the bathroom was a bit more updated--we were four middle-aged women and a separate "water closet" would have been handy. The outside recycle bin and garbage cans were full which would have been a problem--luckily one of us drove in from Florida so she just took our trash and recycling home with her.

Weekend in Savannah with Friends
This was a perfect sized apartment for 2 couples. Beautifully clean and well stocked (even a complimentary bottle of wine!) and set on the prettiest street in Savannah. Had a little difficulty getting in using the front door code, but a call to the agent guided us in through the back entry. Air conditioning a little noisy at night.
