Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Location, clean and first floor
We stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clean unit in older building that fits perfect into a Savannah trip. Kitchen had all the items you need except a dishwasher. Bring your own supplies, they do have coffee and sugar but that was it. Beds are comfy. bathroom clean and the water was hot. We would stay here again.

Nice place overall!
The house was beautiful and comfortable over all. I only gave 4 stars for the cleanliness because the bathroom had black gnats in and around the shower and it could use a coat of paint. However; the place was very nice with and amazing location! Having a parking space was stellar as well. Checking in was a breeze, the beds were comfortable and the house smelled clean. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect location
This apartment was in such a perfect location. A beautiful street and walkable to everything but quiet at night. Absolutely loved being on the first floor with a little tucked away patio. Inside, the apartment had everything we could need to feel comfortable. Very well fall out And organized. I would stay here over and over again.

This is a very charming and comfortable house. We had the Garden apartment with the front porch facing Jones St. Enjoyed watching people walk by with their dogs. Excellent location for walking downtown. No vehicle required. Beds were super comfy. Would absolutely stay here again.

SCAD in Savannah
Visited Savannah to tour the incredible SCAD. This location is within walking distance to the college, Forsyth Park, and some quality restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed with the bonus of fun, eclectic decor fo.plete with beautiful artworks on the walls throughout.

While in a good location, the property was lacking. The AC didn't work properly, so we ended up leaving 2 days early. It was so warm and damp in the apartment our clothes always felt wet and there was mildew all over the bathroom. The number to call for help took us to someone very unhelpful the first time, but better on the 2nd try. We were reimbursed for the 2 nights we didnt stay.

Loved this cozy place. It was very clean and well decorated. The only exceptions were, shower wall could use painted, it was very worn and paint peeling. Also, written instructions said to load dishwasher. One was not present. Could use revamping the book. Book was a great tool for local places to eat and things to do.

Great location and comfortable space.
The location is great. Just a few blocks away from more heavily trafficked areas which is a plus! Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there. It is well stocked for a longer stay if you needed it. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment so if privacy of separate guests is a concern you’re covered. Our AC went out and they had it repaired in three hours which was miraculous, so I rate the management as 5 star as well. Overall a wonderful stay.

We arrived and found parking and entry easy. Our beginning inside the apartment had 2 initial issues: 1) hot water takes a LONG time to get kitchen faucet (which is piped backwards) and bathroom faucet unless tub hot water faucet is run for a period. 2) SAFETY ISSUE: the bath tub floor is “extremely” slippery and hence dangerous. 3) For an apartment that can house 4 people the number of glasses/cups and bowls are not adequate. 4) The tv/electronics need an explanation of use (Jose saved us by demonstrating the system) as we couldn’t get anything to work. 5) The tv in the living room was at times erratic - it would lose all connection sporadically and come back in 20 seconds or I could turn the system power off, wait 15 or so seconds, turn it on and then it would work for the rest of the evening.

This was a fantastic property and the reviews were very helpful. Off street parking was very nice, once we parked we didn’t drive anywhere until we left. It was close to everything and having a Krogers within walking distance was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in heart of Savannah.
This little apartment was perfect for our family’s first trip to Savanah. The location was perfect and oh so beautiful. we were able to walk, explore and enjoy all the city had to offer. The apartment was adorable , clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back !

Easy check-in, beautiful neighborhood with everything clise by. Clary's Cafe just down the street. Very cozy and clean. Would recommend papertowels in the kitchen and kleenex. Bathtub could use an update. Overall excellent!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay in the lovely Garden Apartment! This charming property is very comfortable, roomy and very clean! Everything we needed was supplied. The location is on a beautiful street and is within walking distance to everything. Sightseeing trolleys or the free city bus have a stop about 2-3 blocks away if a ride is preferred. We used the rear parking and didn't have to worry about availability of street parking the few times we ventured out farther in the car. Will definitely make this our home away from home on our next stay in Savannah!

This was a perfect sized apartment for 2 couples. Beautifully clean and well stocked (even a complimentary bottle of wine!) and set on the prettiest street in Savannah. Had a little difficulty getting in using the front door code, but a call to the agent guided us in through the back entry. Air conditioning a little noisy at night.

Convenient location
Cute little place in the historic district. Just a short walk to get to the trolley stops and a little under a mile walk to the main shopping & city market areas. My best friend and I stayed for a girls week getaway. Plenty of room for the two of us. House was clean and orderly when we arrived. The digital information board in the kitchen had great information about the town and the additional info in the binder was helpful too. Our only critiques of note are that the sofa is very uncomfortable (having a few ottomans would be a great addition) and you can clearly hear anyone walking outside talking or walking around in the apartment above. I used a white-noise maker at night so it wasn’t a problem, but if you’re a light sleeper you might have difficulty getting a good nights sleep. Otherwise great place and we enjoyed our stay!

Great property and location
We enjoyed our stay in Savannah and will vacation there again. The Home is beautifully decorated, it has the amenities needed for a great vacation. The hardwood floors are beautiful and original to the house but some planks are weak but can be repaired. The house is conveniently located in historical Savannah. The unit has parking available for a small fee. We parked our car and walked or rode the trolley to get around the city. The bathroom was clean but is in dire need of a renovation. I would recommended rental to others. Try Mrs. Wilkes family restaurant has great food served family style and you will be served more food than you can eat in one sitting.
