Historic District Jones Street Studio-Downtown Savannah!

Are you looking for a hauntingly beautiful vacation in Savannah? Skip the hotels and stay at our East Jones Street Studio in the heart of the historic district. Be in the middle of everything. Right across the street from Clary's (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil), you're steps away from the Mercer House, SCAD and The Cathedral of St. John. This place is for those looking to get away, escape life for a while and get swept away by the Spanish Moss in the old oak trees.

You'll have an entire studio to yourself. It has it's own entrance through the gate to the right of the house (not the main entrance up the steps). From there, there's a shared patio you can sit and hang out at your leisure. There's a washer and dryer you're more than welcome to use. On your down time, please enjoy the roku streaming channels and wifi. There is free street parking outside of the condo, just please be aware of street cleaning signs to avoid any parking tickets. There is also a pull out sofa with a twin mattress if you prefer separate beds!

25 Minute drive to Tybee!

If you don't feel like walking, or need to go just little further to River Street, you can easily flag down a Pedicab for a quick and pleasant ride to your destination. Also available is the free Downtowner (its a local Uber paid for by the City)!

This is truly one of the best locations in the city, and after staying here you will feel like a true Savannahian.

Good location
Stay was good. There was some poor patch work in archway to kitchen. Location is great with a good breakfast spot right on the corner. Nose from upstairs was the only draw back. Someone was walking back and forth non stop for like an hour at one point in the afternoon after our long day around the town, when we tried to take a quick afternoon nap. The neighborhood was quite though.

We love staying on Jones Street! The unit is small and just the right size for two-three. It had everything we needed for quick in and outs as we moved our daughter back to SCAD. The shared courtyard is a nice place to sit and relax. Clary’s being across the street is icing on the cake. We hope to return again.

A Perfect location
It is on beautiful E. Jones Street and it is a great location to walk from to most locations. Parking on the street was easy and we never moved it. We walked most places, during the day and after dark. Will definitely return.

Great getaway to Savannah
My wife and I took our first trip to Savannah as an early anniversary getaway. 208 E Jones was the perfect little spot to stay for two. Jones Street is absolutely beautiful and a short distance to many of the Squares. We opted to drive and park when visiting the River due to the heat. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will absolutely be visiting Savannah again!

What a perfect size for my 16 month old & I. Very clean, easy to find, overall ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. We landed on a Monday evening at 10pm so there was no parking on the side of the street the property was due to street sweeping but was able to park a half block away. It was raining so it wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t a huge deal. The washer & dryer in the unit was so convenient. The courtyard was beautiful! My toddler loved smelling the beautiful flowers. The little breakfast diner on the corner was great. Very friendly and accommodating. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend. Great job!

I concur with all of the other reviews with one nit to pick. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs residents almost all night. It sounded like large people were walking around upstairs constantly. Maybe this was a temporary thing but for our visit it was a significant disturbance.

My husband and I visited Savannah for the first time and stayed at this perfect location. Check in was simple, neighbor was safe and it was the perfect location to walk literally everywhere. Sheets and bedding were clean, bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean and we saw zero bugs inside the home. Highly recommend staying here!
