Linda's on Lincoln is one of our Savannah vacation rentals located near Broughton Lane and Broughton Street, on the nearby Lincoln Street. This convenient location gives you incomparable opportunities to easily walk to many of Savannah's popular attractions. You can head east and check out Savannah Bike Tours, or go a little bit more north and visit Warren Square. To the west are several eateries, including the Melting Pot, Leopold's Ice Cream and Marche de Macarons. You can also find Historic Reynolds Square and the Savannah Belle Walking Tours. This property is 1,090 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can sleep a total of four guests in one queen bedroom and one double bedroom. It includes a galley kitchen with breakfast bar and a cute dining room complete with decorative fireplace. The kitchen is very roomy and includes all necessary appliances. The house is light and bright inside with lots of large windows and ceiling fans in most rooms. Outside is a cozy little balcony with seating for two at a decorative mosaic table. The balcony is right off the living room, making it a great place to relax in the evening.

Besides all the great places right near this property, fully exploring Savannah can easily take several days. Places you won't want to miss include Forsyth Park with its famous iron fountain, The Mercer House and Monterey Square, which were part of the "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" film and book franchise, and also shopping on River Street. River Street is a nostalgic waterfront promenade where rows of old cotton warehouse buildings have been transformed over the years into a mecca of shopping, restaurants and artist galleries. You can easily spend an entire day on River Street exploring, eating and watching ships come in. Another great place to shop in Savannah is the City Market deep within the historic district. The market covers four blocks and is filled to the brim with jazz clubs, restaurants, boutiques, craft shops and much more.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
