Heated Pool Access | 5*Clean | Flex Cancelation

Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Savannah holds the distinction of being the oldest city in the state of Georgia and also having one of the largest historic districts in the entire country. Drawing visitors in with its eccentric charm and portal into the past, Savannah is one of the top vacation destinations in the South. But don't compromise your visit to this southern jewel by staying in a boring hotel. Southern Belle's Savannah vacation rentals will put you in the midst of the old city while giving you the privacy and amenities you want.

When you stay in vacation homes Savannah GA, the amazing historic architecture and Old World culture will be right outside your door. Why waste Savannah Georgia vacations in a hotel room when you could have an entire house at your disposal? Many of which are historic buildings in their own right. Visitors to Savannah often want to stay somewhere in the Forsyth Park area and we have Savannah vacation rentals only a few blocks from the park, such as the property on 513 Habersham Street. For Savannah Georgia vacations with a larger party or family, this four bedroom, three bathroom property is just over 1,900 square feet and can sleep six guests. Other amenities include flatscreen TVs throughout to watch your favorite shows and movies, free Wi-Fi to stay connected, a full kitchen so you can cook meals in, washer and dryer and central heat and AC. All of our Savannah vacation rentals are in prime locations where you can walk nearly everywhere.

Walk into 513 Habersham and enjoy a classic, comfy sitting room with a fireplace, tall windows and a chandelier. Immediately adjacent is a formal dining room with seating for six. The bedrooms are all comfortably appointed with plenty of windows and ceiling fans as well as some additional furnishings. The full kitchen is loaded with counter space and all the tools and appliances you'll need to make great meals on your Savannah Georgia vacations. The location on Habersham puts this property just south of Whitefield Square and, as previously mentioned, only a couple blocks from Forsyth Park and nearby restaurants.

Southern Belle's vacation homes Savannah GA puts you right in the middle of historic neighborhoods and this one is no exception. Savannah is a very friendly, casual, laid-back city so don't be afraid to go out immediately and explore. You won't have to go far to find amazing historic architecture, gloomy cemeteries, hip and local cuisine and numerous art galleries and museums. You'll never be short of things to do when staying in our Savannah vacation rentals.

The best way to experience Savannah is when you have some time to spare, but if you have a limited time to explore, then you'll want to plan wisely. If you only have a day or two in Savannah, you'll want to start by taking a tour on the Old Town Trolley. This will take you through the heart of Savannah with 15 stops and well over 100 interesting sights and landmarks. The best part of this tour is that you can get on and off at any of the stops. A few of the stops you might want to explore further include:

- Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Low's birthplace
- Forsyth Park
- Cathedral of St. John the Baptist
- River Street
- The Olde Pink House restaurant

If you have an extra day or two, then you might want to check out the Savannah Riverboat Cruises for either a short harbor cruise, dinner cruise or moonlight sail. Another area to visit is the City Market, which is a great place for nightlife, galleries and restaurants. If you want to do some more walking while also exploring antique shops and boutiques, then you can't miss Broughton Street. While there, be sure to visit the old-fashioned Leopold's Ice Cream. Take one of your extra evenings and book a ghost tour from one of the many tour companies. Savannah is well-known for its numerous haunts.

If you have four or more days in Savannah, you can really branch out and visit some other places like the Mercer-Williams House Museum and the SCAD Museum of Art. It would also be a great time to take the 30 minute drive out to Tybee Island to enjoy some beach relaxation and a visit to the Marine Science Center, Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Pulaski.

Great Location
Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean.

Beautiful historic property
Lovely historic property within walking distance to all the squares, churches and culture that Savannah is known for. Our family walked each day to tour historic sites and to enjoy shops and restaurants. The free trolley was a bonus when our energy ran low. This property was as described and the management company reached out via text to ensure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

A great location in a fun city. 6 of us visited my daughter who lives there and the place was plenty big and well maintained. The dinner table was big enough for all although I am glad we brought a good bit of cooking dishes and platters. All in all a great time.

Size great, amenities not so much
Your Comments The place was good! Overall, we had a great time. And the space was big enough for our group of 8. Definitely wished the floors were cleaner, as all of the bottoms our socks were black after the first night. And, had we known the provided necessities were going to be so sparse, we would have packed better. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Only one of the bathrooms had hand soap, and it was barely full - ran out during the second night. And the provided shampoo and conditioner, was two 1oz bottles of a shampoo/conditioner duo. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quantity of the essentials provided in a house claimed to suit 8 people. We would have been better off in a hotel for that reason alone.

Historic Home Not Suitable for Guests
This historic home is charming and in a great location. However, our stay was disappointing. The home was clean, but run down. Decorations and furnishings were dirty and inexpensive. It’s obvious that the investor hasn’t maintained or invested in the property. Most importantly, the air conditioning didn’t work throughout the house, which led to two days of +80 degrees upstairs, where three of us were sleeping. Further, the bathrooms upstairs were not properly equipped for guests. The shower heads didn’t work in the en-suite and both showers had moldy shower liners. Lamps weren’t plugged in, and the cords were too short to reach the single outlets in each room. Fans were found throughout the house, but some of them didn’t work. Cheap TVs didn’t have streaming or functional cable service. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom were highlights, as they were functional and ready for guests. Unfortunate that a charming historic home is being managed and rented out in such a poor state.

Girl Scout Trip
Hi! I brought my Girl Scout troop to Savannah and we stayed at this property. We absolutely loved the charm of staying in an old Southern home. The beds were really comfortable and the girls loved hanging out in the living room and dining room area. It was easy to walk to our destinations from this location and it felt like a really safe neighborhood. We loved the fact that there was always available street parking for the suburban that we rented and we didn't have to pay to park it overnight. The only downfall was the old showers. The water pressure wasn't the best and the shower curtain tended to stick to the person inside the shower. But honestly, we felt like that added to the ambiance of staying in an old home and made for some funny stories. Thank you for letting us rent your lovely home. It made the trip that we waited for three years so memorable!

Overall a great stay & the location was excellent.
Overall this is a good stay and the location is great. However we didn’t have hot water on the first day. I was able to contact the property and someone came out to fix it but it was a bit of a disappointment not being able to shower day one. Parking can also be tricky since it’s all street parking but the location is great & a short $10 Uber to anywhere needed. Would recommend.

Great location but a few maintenance issues
The house was clean and accurate as depicted in the pictures. However, we had a few maintenance issues. The door is an electronic lock and the battery died while we were there at 10pm and we had a hard time getting in touch with someone after hours. We were eventually able to get in but had to have someone come fix the lock the next morning. We also didn't have hot water the entire time we were there. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, minus the few issues that we had.

Charming older home
Overall this property was just ok. The property is not quite as pictured in the listing and is not family friendly for smaller children. There was paint peeling in multiple areas. The updated downstairs bathroom was poorly remodeled and the shower has large gaps where the fixtures come out of the wall. The outdoor area was not very well kept and there was dead cockroaches all around on the patio, but at least they were dead lol! There was only basic cable and there was only a few watchable channels and you had to have a fire stick or roku with you to watch anything which we did not , and having children this was not ideal. We did appreciate that the management company allowed us to end our stay earlier.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the grocery store. I went down to Savannah for my sisters Bachelorette Party. The house was perfect for the bridal party! The house was clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the pictures. Great Location with Street Parking
We love Savannah and have stayed in many rental houses over the years. The property management team is always responsive. The location of this property is fantastic. It's easily walkable and well situated relative to where you want to be in Savannah. Street parking is abundant (even during the St. Patricks Day festivities), which isn't a small thing in the city. That said, the property itself needs quite a bit of work. Our party of seven was comfortable, but the front porch is not in good shape and also needs to be cleaned. The handrail is quite dangerous. My children and my elderly in-laws almost fell through the guardrail, not realizing it would not support any weight. The vegetation is also somewhat overgrown and unkempt. Several pieces of furniture inside are broken and would have been dangerous for an adult to sit in if they weren't paying attention. Hot water was hit or miss during our stay. On our departure morning, my son had cockroaches in his shoes. I'm not picky or pretentious and old houses all have their stories, but this house needs some love. It could be a gem with a modest investment and could demand a higher rental rate which I would happily pay given it's location, ease on ingress and egress, and parking.
