Mid-century Guest House Cottage on approximately 3-acre riverfront estate with access to a private dock on deep water for guests.

The “Boathouse” in its entirety has been rehabilitated with stunning, high-end appointments throughout boasting a deluxe master bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs; living room, modern kitchen and one-half bathroom downstairs. Outside areas include upstairs deck and downstairs patio, covered and uncovered.

Spend your time while visiting this gorgeous property by taking a stroll over the grounds, walking past the main house to the deep water dock. Observe the sea birds and wildlife or leisurely sit on the upstairs deck to watch the sun set through the old majestic oak trees. It’s truly magical!

We stayed at this property in October. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and maybe the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. Location was private, quiet but still not far from dining and shopping. Hosts were awesome! Will definitely stay here again!

Place was amazing, quite little place close to down town savannah. Perfect location for bike rides

Brian was great. He made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Downstairs has living room, kitchen and half bath. Beautiful rough sawn beams, granite tops and nice island with bar stools. The upstairs is a bedroom with a large bathroom. Really nice large shower. Only a few minutes to downtown and Tybee Island. Highly recommend and would stay again.

As Promised
Such a lovely, peaceful setting! Loved waking up to the sound of birds calling, and Jasper the cat greeting me at the door as I went outside to sit on the patio and enjoy my morning coffee. The boat house is the perfect size for one or two people. Very warm and inviting. Thank you so much - we will be back!

Beautiful Property
Secluded, well- appointed rental that was a perfect spot to work remote. The rental was very clean and the owners were always available. Plenty of space, great kitchen and beautiful location -- my husband was able to fish from the dock located on the property. Downtown Savannah was only 15 minutes away and easy to reach.

Adorable converted garage that is filled with charm and character. Exactly as listed. Communication with the owners was excellent. Location was the perfect distance between Savannah and Tybee Island. Easy access and away from the hustle and noise of Savannah, but close enough to Uber if that’s your thing.

Quiet Savannah Stay
Its always a pleasure and of course a relief to find that a rental property meets or exceeds its description. The Boat House met and exceeded our expectations! This is a great destination for a couple looking for privacy and sitting in the midst of Live Oak Trees draped in Spanish Moss. While the Boat House is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, we found ourselves spending most or our "at home" time sitting on the covered patio, enjoying our coffee and enjoying the natural surroundings. We met and and had a nice visit with the very nice couple who have owned the property for a number of years. We look forward to a return visit.

Anniversary vacation
My wife and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. This property was everything we were hoping for, and then some. The location, decor, Jasper the cat, the Spanish moss, etc….I could go on and on. This was our first trip to Savannah, and certainly won’t be our last. We would absolute stay here again and again. We just loved it!
