We loved the location for being close enough to walk to everything but removed enough for a quiet neighborhood feel. Loved the big comfy beds and colorful rooms.
Small but perfect for 2 people and great location to walk to most places - if you are a walker. We walked everywhere. Very old historical building, comfortable beds. Nice to soak our feet in the dipping pool at the end of the long day of walking.
Spring in Savannah brings on high hotel prices, so we were excited to find this gem. It had everything we needed. Parking on the street was easy and the location is perfect for both walking or grabbing a ride share, as well. We were allowed to enter the property a bit early, which was much appreciated. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, washer dryer was used and appreciated. Would stay here again, highly recommend. (Side note, we travelled w our 87 yo mother and aside from the short set of steps entering the home, it was a great home for her needs, as well).
Was a really nice little place, weather wasn't great so didn't get to use the pool as much as we had hoped. Coffee pot didn't work and Kuerig left grounds in coffee cup. Could use some little touch up's but overall was perfect place for us.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Strategic picture taking
Very disappointed. The cleanliness of housekeeping was great, bedding etc., clean, but the property itself, was not kept up. Furniture and area rug was stained, Front door was filthy. The bathroom you could hardly see in, overhead lighting not working, door dirty, mold in caulk.
The back court yard where pool was, was not maintained- gravel, mud, weeds, rusted furniture, back porch peeling paint.
It made us so uncomfortable, we checked out 3 days early. We did not contact property manager, ( except that we were leaving) when we were there bcs I didn’t know what to say, U have no pride in your property??
My wife had a medical emergency and i tried to get any sort of a refund with promise of rebooking in the future after her recovery. We were denied. Not only are we hit with a pile of medical bills, I am paying for a vacation we didnt get to even go on. Thank goodness the airlines show empathy and gave us flight credits!
Needs additional soundproofing, loud street and alley traffic. Floorboards safety issue not only gaps but also warped boards. Multiple large Palmetto bugs come into house at nighttime . Beds were comfy. Beautiful 7 foot mirrors through home which adds to the Savannah charm. Parking is a hassle. Residential side free parking if you can find some spaces. The other side of street you have to pay. You also have to triple check All street signs as to when you have to move your vehicle for the street sweepers.
Location was great. Very close to a trolly stop. Quiet neighborhood. Great smelling linens on the beds, and we were able to get early availability simply be texting management company.
This was the perfect place for the four of us to get away together. The bedrooms were roomy as well as the beds. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get out of them. We had no problems with noise from the neighbors. Never could tell there was anyone next to us. Although we only got in the pool once because there was so much to do in Savannah it was nice and refreshing the day we did get in it. Overall I would recommend vacationing at this location.
Lovely little home that suited our needs! Home was very clean and nicely stocked with the essentials. So much is within walking distant - all the squares, restaurants, bars, shops and The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist is just a few blocks away and absolutely a must miss when visiting Savannah! I would definitely stay here again.
