Best of both worlds - located between Savannah Downtown and Tybee Island.

Our home is located on quiet, safe Whitemarsh Island, and the perfect location between the Tybee Island & Downtown Savannah, only 7 miles either way. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference.

We are pleased to say this is a gay-friendly, smoke-free, one-story home, freshly renovated and designed by a professional Interior Designer to have a coastal island feel.

Amenities: See the full list of amenities available during your stay in the Amenities section. Feel free to use anything in the fridge and pantry. Please replenish, if you run out. Living room with a 4K Smart TV with preloaded apps such as Hulu and Netflix that you can log on with your own account, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Pets and Children: currently, on this listing, we are not allowing any pets. Sorry! The house is not child proof, so make provisions if you plan on bringing a child.

Arrival and Parking: the house has a large front yard in a quiet street, so plenty of space for parking on the driveway, and once you reserve it, you will receive a unique door code that will kick in at check in time, 4pm, and remain valid until check out time, 10am. The day before your arrival we will send you a message with further information on how to get to the house and into it.

Video surveillance in use: We have video surveillance outside the property for safety recording at all times.

Please remember: this is our home, so treat it like you would treat your grandmother's.

Great Property, Excellent Hosts!
We stayed at this property for a little bit under a week while our daughter graduated from SCAD. The property is well located between Tybee and the city of Savannah and is adjacent to all major amenities that you would ever need. The home is beautifully maintained, well furnished and was pristinely clean. Everything you could ever want is at your fingertips and available for your use. The hosts were communicative and friendly and responded promptly when emailed or chatted. They were definitely interested in making sure that our stay was perfect. Would definitely make this house a “stay again” when we’re back in Savannah.

3 Day Getaway
We stayed here and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient for all the activities we had scheduled, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The house was exactly as pictured, which we appreciated. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. However, we did encounter some issues with the television and internet. The internet streamed extremely slow, which made it difficult to use for anything other than basic browsing. Additionally, there was only one television in the entire house, located in the living room. None of the other rooms had a television, which might be a consideration for those who like having TVs in their bedrooms. One peculiar incident was receiving a message from the host saying they needed to come by to get a "tool." Although we were not at the house at the time, it felt a bit strange and came off more like a check-in. Nonetheless, the host was excellent in communicating and sharing information throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again. The host's responsiveness, excellent site and restaurant recommendations, and the house's convenient location made it a worthwhile stay. Thank you Steve and Andy.

We were in town for our son’s a GA Southern Graduation. We wanted to go to Savannah and Tybee. This house is between them and very convenient. It was clean, really cute and in a good neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive! Would for sure stay again!

Great house and location. Beware, very small and inaccurate description
We just completed our stay at this house for a week. We found the location to be excellent and close to everything. The good: Very nicely remodeled. Cleaned very well. The photos show the spaces accurately. Great location half way between downtown Savanah and Tybee Island. The bad: House is advertised as 1400 sq. ft. as of writing this review (01/22) The space accessible is far less than this, less than 900 sq. ft. This is a 3 bedroom house, but the Master/Primary bedroom (and presumed bathroom) is locked and unaccessible. You have access to the 2 bedrooms pictured, but they are both spare bedrooms and very small. We thought we were renting a 1400 sq. ft house with 1 master bedroom and 1 spare bedroom. We got an 880 sq. ft. house with 2 spare bedrooms.

Barb B 7:31 AM (24 minutes ago) to Vrbo Despite having lost 10 days of our vacation because of not having a Covid-19 shot, we were able to schedule our second shot on the day it was due in Savannah. We did not bring the cold and rainy weather, if we had it would have been snow...(lol). The warm weather finally showed up when it was time to head back north. Your home, beautifully decorated and in a great location, was just what we were looking for. Sorry we didn’t sign the guest book, just ran out of time. We left a day early so we could travel on the weekend and avoid a great deal of construction and the workday rush. Hope to get back to the area without having to drive for 2 days. Stay safe and be well.

Charming, affordable place! Convenient to everything.
This place is so charming! Easy, clear instructions for everything I might have had questions about. Clean, including updated procedures for safety from COVID-19. 10 minutes from River Street in Savannah, and 15-20 to Tybee beach. I loved that it was in an older, established neighborhood which meant it was quiet and away from the crowds when it was time to relax at the end of the day. The price is more than fair for the space and quality of what you’re getting. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
