Garden Level apartment in ideal central location. Staying in this amazing home with the off-street parking spot conveniently right out back may be the most stress-free way to enjoy Savannah. Renovated well stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 1 Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Newly refinished heart of pine original hardwood flooring. Beautiful living room with dining room combo in front of apartment.

We booked this house (as Savannah locals) for St. Patrick’s Day. This house is in the perfect location for the parade and has easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with! This place is a must stay on your next trip to Savannah!

Savannah Getaway
We were in town for a family reunion. We had several days to explore the whole historic area. We found the location ideal for going to the river area as well as south to Forsyth Park and all the different squares. The location across from the fire station was busy, but with the bedrooms in the rear of the house it did not disturb us at night. Mary, our host, was very responsive to our silly questions! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!!! Comfortable, clean, and a great location. Within walking distance of so many great places to see. Colonial park is almost right across the street, along with great restaurants, and other historical sights. We had a small problem with gate locking, but it was remedied by the owner. I’ve rented other Vrbo’s, and this was a good one!!

Enjoyable visit in Savannah
This apartment was in a good location to explore Savannah. I was a little bit disappointed in the lack of coffee, there was a filter, although this may have been stated in the listing and I missed it, and a bit of noise from upstairs. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, I would stay here again.

Great place, great location.
We were here for 5 nights. The apartment was perfect and 10 minutes walk to everything. You are across from a fire station and on a busy street but your front door puts you in the heart of historic Savannah. You will hear the dogs that the owner has upstairs but no big deal. Would stay again for sure, thanks.
