"Lovely property in a small and unspoilt village . Nearest facilities are 2km away in Plouharnel. Bike and walking routes on the doorstep. We hired bikes in advance for whole week from Location Velos in Plouharnel (nice guys to deal with) and had a great time plus avoiding need to drive for light shopping and restaurants. Visits to Vannes, Auray and Carnac recommended. Very pleasant host as well"

"The house was in a good position in Carnac near the beach and shops. As the photos suggest it is in need of modernisation. Well equipped but dated. I have never stayed in a rental property which was left in such a dirty state. It cannot have been cleaned for months as the dust on all the surfaces was so thick that you could write your name in it. I therefore felt rather uncomfortable for the week."

"Whilst the house is modern and in a quiet location would not recommend for English visitors as listing is not accurate. You will have to bring your own bedlinen, (including French square pillow cases), towels and tea towels. The barbecue was rusty and had not been cleaned. We have stayed in self catering accomodation in France for over 30 years and this was one of the least pleasant experiences we have had."

"Tour de l’île sur 5 jours (GR340). Location d’une voiture qui, finalement, s’est avérée indispensable (bagages, courses, étapes GR, etc …). Deux arrêts de bus non loin de la loc. mais la fréquence des bus, certains jours, est faible. Restent les paysages à couper le souffle, des souvenirs pleins la tête. Un hébergement plein de charme, le confort nécessaire, dans un coin très paisible. Nous reviendrons ! "

"L'accueil est chaleureux dans cette charmante maison. Celle-ci est soignée, en parfait état. Le jardin est vraiment un atout. Dans la salle de séjour (agrémentée de deux divans) se trouve une télé avec grand écran. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et tous les ustensiles sont en excellente condition. A l'étage le lit est très bon et la salle de bain avec douche est très pratique. Ajoutons que dans le village tout est construit dans un même style (maisons de pierres) et les espaces communs sont...

"The house - location, design, layout, view - were all absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect base from which to explore Belle-Ile, though it was also a great place to just relax and enjoy the deck and view as well. I would definitely return."

"Lovely house in a quiet location with great facilities. We appreciated the second bathroom. Nicely decorated to make the house look like it was a traditional French house. The only negative thoughts are the beds were a bit hard and the wind blew down the chimney leaving downstairs smelling of wood smoke. It's a shame bedding isn't included in the price as we would expect in the UK. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful. We would unreservedly reccomend this house for a holiday."
