Slice of heaven
It was a delight to stay in such a peaceful, secluded location. There is an authentic feel about the place. If you want to see lots of other tourists and enjoy noisy nightlife, this is not the place for you. If you want to relax and feel peaceful, you will love it. It is compact but lovely. I was originally concerned about a lack of air conditioning but it was absolutely fine. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We loved our stay. The host kept in touch and was most helpful. Dominica also made us welcome and made it clear that she was available should any issues arise. They didn't. The pool is quite small but perfect for my 8 year old to play in. There is plenty of outdoor space. There is a lovely view of Mt. Teide. There is an all weather football pitch at the bottom of the hill and used most days, but actually it is quite pleasant listening to them having fun. The noise is not frequent or excessive. Playa de Bullollo has fabulous black sand but challenging waves. We loved it. Playa de Rojas is rocky but accessible down a narrow road and quite spectacular. We shopped at Lidl in Santa Ursula and didn't eat out because it was just so nice to be 'at home'

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé une belle semaine à El sauzal. La maison est fidèle à la description avec une vue dégagée sur la mer et la côte. La piscine est très agréable, la proximité du stade met dans l'ambiance pour les amateurs de foot. Roland a été très réactif en toutes circonstances. Merci à lui. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Ein perfektes Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub
Wer kein Tourileben im Urlaub sucht, muss dieses schöne Haus unbedingt einmal besuchen! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, der immer bereit ist zu helfen! Der einzige Nachteil ist die Strandweite. Ohne Auto kommt man nur schwer zum Wasser.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit riesigem Pool in total ruhiger Lage
Wir waren leider nur 5 Tage in Rolands Haus, aber wir haben es genossen. Ein riesiger Pool, ein schönes Aussengelände, ein wahnsinns Blick auf das Meer und wenn man Glück hat und keine Wolken da sind, auch auf den Teide. Der Vermieter ist telefonisch immer erreicht und fragt auch nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Blick von der großen Couch geht ebenfalls raus aufs Meer. Es ist herrlich. Und erstaunlich, wie ruhig es rundum ist. Bis auf zwei Eulen, die sich jeden Abend rufen. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto, um die schöne Landschaft rundum zu erkunden. Es lohnt sich. Danke, Roland, für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Dörte und Kinder

Wir durften im Januar als Familie einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einzig die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Der Blick ist der Wahnsinn. Man schaut einen Hang hoch ins Grüne, daneben den Teide (morgens in rosa Licht getauft, abends lila rot im Sonnenuntergang) und dann das Meer… Einfach paradiesisch. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Ophold 3 uger i november måned
Huset var dejligt og med nyere møbler, og gode senge. Vi manglede dog en emhætte, når vi lavede mad. Ellers et super godt køkken. Det havde været rart med et Klimaanlæg, da det var meget koldt om natten. Udenfor manglede vi hynder til solsengene, da der kun var en. Poolen var kold da temperaturen var 17 grader om natten, og 24 grader om dagen. Det gjorde at poolen ikke kunne blive varm på noget tidspunkt. Det havde været fint, hvis den var opvarmet, og kunne bruges. Vi var trætte af Fodboldstadionet, hvor der blev spillet fodbold hver eftermiddag, og ofte hele dagen i weekenderne, og til sent aften kl.22.30. Der blev brugt tudehorn og klapsalver i stor stil af tilskuerne. Vi havde ud fra anmeldelserne forventet et roligt sted, og det var alt andet end dette. I huset blev vi mødt med megen parfume i form af diverse flasker. Vi tåler ikke dufte, og havde det meget slemt med dette, og måtte sætte dem udenfor. Stedet har en fantastisk udsigt.

Ein wundetschöner Urlaub
Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach toll. Alles, was in der Beschreibung steht, war genau so vorhanden. Eine besonders nette Idee war der Prosecco, den wir zum Aufenthaltsbeginn in unserem Kühlschrank fanden und der, nach einer langen Anreise am Abend sehr willkommen war. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Für 6 Gäste könnte man noch einen weiteren Großschirm benötigen, da wir aber nur zu zweit waren, war dieses kein Problem. Dass durch das Feuer, welches auch den Norden von El Sauzal betraf, es in den letzten drei Aufenthaltstagen immer wieder Asche und Kohlestücke „regnete“, dafür ist/war nicht der Vermieter verantwortlich. Auch die vom Vermieter uns übermittelten Reisetipps waren gelungen und haben Spaß gemacht. Wir werden sofort wiederkommen, wenn die Natur sich von diesem Großbrand erholt hat. Alles in allem: es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.

Wir waren im Juni 2023 vor Ort und es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir wurden herzlich und freundlich von Frau Dominga empfangen, alles war einfach und unkompliziert man fühlte sich sofort zuhause. Die Lage ist genau das was wir gesucht hatten, ruhig und doch mitten drin, allerdings empfehle ich einen Mietwagen aber nur weil ich nicht der große Läufer bin ;-) Denn auch zu Fuß kann man hier zurecht kommen. Der blick auf den Teide und den Atlantik mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen ist klasse. Man hat hier alles was man braucht.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, verfügt über einen wunderbaren Privatpool und herrlichen Garten. Dominga hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Roland der Eigentümer war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Tipps gegeben und wir durften sogar etwas länger bleiben, da wir früh gelandet und spät wieder abgeflogen sind - VIELEN DANK für dieses unkomplizierte Entgegenkommen!! Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen dürfen, denn es war eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche!!!

Alles TOP, gute Lage mit tollem Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Einzug und Auszug problemlos einfach. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Sogar sehr gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in unmitelbaren Nähe z.B. Beach vom Vermieter. Gerne wieder Frank und Freunde

Sauberes, großzügiges Anwesen mit Gästehaus und Swimmingpool. Komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Restaurants in 500 und 5000 Metern ausreichend vorhanden. Blick auf "Teide" und Meer. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Tolles Haus, traumhafter Meerblick, super Pool!
Das Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick aufs Meer und allabendlichem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang hat uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern) sehr gefallen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der private Pool ist in einem Top-Zustand und von der Sonne angenehm aufgewärmt. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage (auch keine kläffenden Hunde in der Umgebung) und ist trotzdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Dennoch hört man keinen Verkehrslärm. Um an die bekannten Badestrände zu gelangen, muss man allerdings längere Strecken mit dem Auto in Kauf nehmen. Der etwas unterhalb des Grundstücks gelegene Fußballplatz beeinträchtigt die Ruhe nicht. Der Eigentümer ist online sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Wir würden wiederkommen
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus in El Sauzal sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war bestens ausgestattet, und wir haben es in einem einwandfreien Zustand vorgefunden. Da wir mit unseren drei erwachsenen Kindern insgesamt fünf Personen waren, haben wir Eltern das separate Häuschen (Schlafzimmer mit Bad) bezogen. Das fanden wir sehr angenehm, denn so gab es genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage des Grundstücks etwas außerhalb der Siedlung mitten im Grünen. Toll fanden wir es, im Freien mit Blick auf den Teide und auf das Meer zu frühstücken. Die gelegentlichen (abendlichen) Jubel- und Anfeuerungsrufe der Fußballspieler auf dem benachbarten Fußballplatz haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Unser Domizil war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ein Auto ist dafür allerdings wohl notwendig, wenn man die Insel ein bisschen erkunden will. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Très bien
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ! Nous étions 6 amis et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Si la maison n'est pas immense et avec une décoration un peu old school, et l'une des chambres plutôt petite, nous avons bien profité de toutes ses possibilités : sa piscine, son très joli jardin, et sa vue incroyable sur la mer. Nous sommes arrivés très tard (avion retardé) et l'hôte a été très arrangeant pour nous permettre de récupérer la maison. S'il fallait trouver un défaut, n'ayant pas pu faire les courses en arrivant, nous aurions aimé un petit panier de bienvenue (une boisson ou du café ou quelque chose à grignoter) pour pouvoir avoir de quoi petit-déjeuner le lendemain. Encore merci ! T.
