What’s the next best thing to escaping to a dreamy chalet in the Swiss Alps? A well deserved retreat in this quaint and cozy wooded cabin nestled in the spectacular year-round beauty of the North Georgia mountains! Here, you will find all that you need to stay in and forget your cares!

Enjoy the large, private covered porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs to just sit and listen to the birds sing. Spa robes await you to enjoy while you’re here, so a soak in the hot tub is a must on a cool evening. Inside this delightful, quaint little cabin you’ll feel right at home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ruby's Retreat features a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace. In the upstairs loft, you will find a King size bed and plenty of places to hang and stash your belongings, Unpack and “stay a while”. For additional sleeping space, the living room features a small sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

Feel like venturing out to explore the beauty all around the cabin while you’re here? This cabin is only 1 1/2 miles up the road from Unicoi State Park, where you can fish, hike, paddle board, or just sit and listen to the birds sing. The beautiful Anna Ruby Falls is also located in the park. The cabin is about a 10 minute drive from downtone Helen. Here you’ll find candy shops, restaurants, and shopping. During the summer months, take a trip down Chattahoochee River on a tube. Helen also has a new mountain coaster!

The cabin was very cozy and quiet. It was clean inside and out. It was in perfect location to hiking, Oktoberfest activities in Helen and the Creekside Winery. There other activites to enjoy close by. We loved our stay.

We were amazed when we got there. I mean for the price we honestly didn’t expect it to be that awesome. So much privacy all around and it was just beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and just being alone. Everything was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again.

It is very compact but has a modern kitchen, lovely loft bedroom and a great hot tub on the deck. High-speed WiFi didn’t hurt as I got tagged for a work task while on vacation. Management company was very helpful, including letting me park my motorcycle trailer at their offices to avoid riding on dirt roads with my sport bike. Overall excellent experience.

Little Christmas Get Away
Me & my husband decided to get away for a couple days before Christmas. The cabin was perfect for us. We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub & went shopping in Helen, not even 10 minutes down the road. Everything went great! We will definitely be back. Merry Christmas 🎅

We LOVED this cabin! I wanted a loft bedroom and it was perfect! The cabin was clean and cozy. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The hot tub was clean and private. We do wish there were more towels available because we got in the hot tub every night, but we made it work. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this cabin for a couple’s getaway.

This cabin is cute, clean, and cozy, perfect location if you’re looking to explore the town. It was a little confusing finding the cabin at first but the rental company sends you an email with helpful instructions. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

From the outside the cabin looks as though it belongs in the city however, the country charm is definitely there once you walk inside. Very nice setup and had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway for two. Owner was very tentative as well.

Perfect little getaway
Ruby’s Retreat is the perfect little cabin for a weekend getaway. My wife and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable. We loved the decor.
