"From the initial contact at reception for booking in with a welcoming friendly greeting, to checking out after a restful, quiet and comfortable stay, it's been a pleasant overnight stop off on our journey through France to the UK. Ideally located just off the motorway, but it's very quiet. There are numerous places to eat close by. We didn’t use any, but friends have frequently used them and have been happy with what they've ordered (showing your Kyriad room key wallet gets a price reduction from some businesses)."

The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen. "

"The property is in an idyllic village on the banks of the River Seine. Chateau La Roche Guyon is opposite the hotel. The hotel is a charming old building but very comfortable. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely "

"We stopped here on the way back to the UK with our dog. Cannot fault anything. Room was amazing, great restaurant with our dog allowed to join us, no problem catering for vegetarian options, good food and wine, great location, friendly staff......5 stars"

"I cannot give this hotel more praise!!! We checked in and n Friday. They weee courteous and friendly. The coms before leaving were also excellent. We went to our room which had all the amenities you need and a terrific shower! We went down stairs to the bar and booked our table for dinner. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I haven't eaten that well in a long time and I've eaten in some swanky places but food here is terrific! A good choice and wide selection of wine. Our second night was equally as good. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and if you especially are looking to go to the Rouen area, this is the place to stay. Loved every minute!!!!"
