Eliza greeted us and communicated with us through the hotels.com app. She told us about the area, recommend dinner places, and sightseeing. "Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent. "
