"Good hotel in the centre but I'd not give it 5 stars. The sofa and cupboard in the room were a tad worn out and outdated. The cupboard didn't close properly. There was some built up dust etc. on the toiletries in the bathroom. However, the overall standard was good. Beds were comfortable, the room was very warm (sometimes even too warm and we weren't able to lower the temperature), staff were helpful and friendly. "

Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
