"We arrived after booking on Expedia and the hotel seemed completely unaware of the booking. We got told to sit down with no explanation and waited half an hour for them to show us our room. There were no towels in the room and they were not happy we asked for some, took them at least an hour to bring. Overall the property was fine, nice pool that was cleaned extensively each day, rooms are fine but a little noisy, no atmosphere at all - it seems like a business hotel there were 2 big groups...

"I paid for a room at this hotel, and as we arrived, we soon discovered that it doesn’t exist anymore. We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. Terrible, terrible service, can’t believe they didn’t warn us at the very least since I booked five months in advance"

Die Zimmerwände waren nicht verputzt, es gab keinen Strom im Badezimmer, kein warmes Wasser und die Klospülung lief die ganze Nacht. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da angeblich ausgebucht, ob wohl ein Großteil der Zimmer leer stand.
