Ancient stone granite, located in the heart of a small hamlet nestled between Auvergne river and forest. In the heart of the country of Gevaudan, at 1000 m altitude, and the passage of the path of Saint Jacques de Compostela, the countryside lovers will find here a paradise. Lots of charm and character for this very comfortably restored building.
Between nature and traditions, families will enjoy discoveries while staying in a very quiet place ... maybe just distracted by the passing of a flock of sheep!

Many trails crisscross the surrounding rolling countryside, the most famous of which is the way to Saint Jacques ... Outings by bike or on horseback with the assistance of "saugaine mane" that can arrange walks the hour or by the day ! Sports white water also in the tumultuous meandering Allier where canoe practice, kayaking, rafting, hydro, hot dog, canyoning ... The house has a large tranquil garden of 1200 m² pleasantly shaded and closed. Everything is lawned and can enjoy a beautiful space for relaxation and play for children. The house has a terrace overlooking the village and the opposite hill. There is even available a small kitchen garden in which can be used at discretion.
The 150 m² house is comfortably furnished for 6 people.
On the ground floor: large living room of over 60 m² with kitchen, living area with granite fireplace and dining room, 1 terrace equipped with garden furniture.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, mezzanine reading area.
