This is a great place for family or friends to gather with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, overlooking harbor and easy walk to restaurants and shops.
This art filled home features hardwood floors, exposed brick, tons of windows facing harbor & main street. All custom tile baths with granite or marble counters. This home spans city block from Water Street to Butler Street.
Custom Chef's kitchen with granite counters, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, Viking induction stove, Miele dishwasher - all deluxe finishes in prime location. Great place for family or group of couples. In the heart of the Saugatuck festivities. Features outdoor deck overlooking the harbor with grill and a porch overlooking Butler Street. Private and cheerful with windows in all directions.Harbor view and just steps to restaurants and entertainment. All bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 kings and 2 XL twins which can combine for King bed. Please notify which you prefer with reservation.

The 2nd King bedroom with attached bath with walk in shower and bead board walls
The 2 Twin XL bedroom ( can convert to King bed) with attached bath with marble vanity and extra wide tub shower and custom tile. This room has a porch with chairs for enjoying water or town views.
The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and has walk in shower, 10 foot ceilings, cork floors and lounge seating area with TV.

Dog may be OK. Pre-approval required- inquire with owner. Dog must sleep on a dog bed or in a dog crate and not permitted in beds nor on furniture. See contract.


If you need more space, there is another Mother-in-law suite (VRBO.com/410920) with separate entrance on the side of property slightly above ground floor that can sometimes be added as a 5th bedroom(VRBO.com/444711).

Beautiful Saugatuck
Right in the middle of it all. Beautiful rental. It’s so nice that every room had its own bath. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need to cook. Enjoyed the porch with nice views.

This house is amazing! The house is decorated with beautiful art in every room. The location is ideal as it's within walking distance to dining and shops. Our group was there for a long weekend and didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen is well equipped. Great communication with the owner, and she provided helpful recommendations and information.

This is hands down one of our favorite Vrbo rentals. My husband and I celebrated 3 April birthdays with our young adult children and our son in law in Saugatuck, MI in this comfortable home in the heart of this friendly creative town. The home offers privacy for couples with each room having its own bathroom and wonderful open gathering space. Love that it is also dog friendly and has deck sitting areas to take in music and relax.

Saugatuck Fun!
Thank you to Marta for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful home! The welcome basket of wine, cheese, crackers and chocolate was a special touch Great location, able to order food from nearby restaurants and take out/eat on the wonderful deck with a view. Rode the dune ride, rented a small Duffy boat for a lunch in the bay/on the river, sunset cruise on the paddle wheel boat, just a few of the highlights. Would definitely stay again!!

Outstanding Property
This condo certainly exceeded expectations. Couldn’t have a better location in downtown Saugatuck right on the river. Walk to everything - restaurants, shopping, nightlife fun. Or just hang out on one of the 2 balconies and people watch or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. As a bonus the condo is like a small gallery with lovely artwork in every room and is furnished with everything you could possibly need - nothing to bring from home! Cheers to the host on the many extra touches. We’ll be back.

Terrific stay in downtown Saugatuck!
Awesome property, very clean, well stocked with everything you could need and the perfect location to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor and within walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants. Marta was a fantastic host providing excellent communication prior to arrival, including many restaurant recommendations and then a lovely welcome basket of treats upon arrival including wine, cheese and chocolates! Will definitely stay at this property in the future. To top it all off this is a super cool building!!

Beautiful upscale vacation rental
This house is gorgeous, and the location is in the heart of everything with beautiful water views from the living area and cute in town views of Butler St. The kitchen is modern and stocked with newer cookware/glassware and has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The interior is professionally designed with lovely furniture and art. Plus the owner had a great hospitality basket filled with goodies. Including cheese and local items from the farmers market in addition to several bottles of wine. If you are looking for a high quality rental book it you will not regret it.
