"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Sehr angenehm, super schöne Wohnung, sehr schöner Balkon, sehr sehr nette Gastgeber, toller Brötchenservice, super Lage nähe Schliersee / Miesbach / Tegernsee etc, Es gab nur ein kleines Manko, aber es ging bedingt das ja alles da war auch, die Besteckschublade ist unter dem Herd. "Large group of family (9 adults) stayed for a few days. It was very clean and several people took advantage of the sauna. Lenggries was very nice, we spent one day on the mountain, which is very convenient to the house. Walking distance to the train station so we didn't need to rent a car."
