The Maison des Bois welcomes you all year round in the heart of the Landes for a stay or weekend, very close to the ocean, for golfers 10 minutes from the golf course in Seignosse. The house in the woods consists of two bedrooms, a double bed and a two 90 cm beds. A living room with wifi TV, an equipped kitchen area for 4 people. Bathroom with Italian shower. Wooden terrace with table and chairs. and plancha for your grilled fish directly from the nearby port of Capbreton. Very quiet environment, near the forest.

Parfait pour la découverte de la côte landaise
Excellente expérience à la maison des bois d'Eric. Eric a été un hôte attentif et réactif. La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes dans un environnement très calme et propice à la récupération. Bien située, entre 20 et 30 minutes des nombreuses plages accessibles en voiture, c'est une base pour explorer la région et et profiter de ses nombreux atouts.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in schönem, schattigen Garten
Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage im Garten der Besitzer. Man ist ganz für sich, da der Hausherr sehr diskret und freundlich ist und einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich macht. Das Haus ist großzügig und schön geschnitten, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht - sehr gute Betten und ein schönes Bad. Vor dem Haus eine schöne, schattige Terrasse unter großen Eichen. Alles in allem im Sommer ein absoluter Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

Tranquille et accueillant
Éric est très efficace et amical sans les échanges que ce soit en amont de la location ou à l’accueil. La maison est tranquille et finalement sans vis-à-vis avec la maison des propriétaires. La disposition et l’aménagement y compris extérieur sont bien pensés. Un tout petit détail concernant l’humidité résiduelle lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Disparue avec une bonne aération des lieux.

Bel environnement calme et boisé
La maison dans les bois profite d'un très bel environnement privé calme et préservé, en pleine forêt et à proximité de la côte. L'équipement de la kitchenette ( four micro-ondes, plaque à 1 feu, cafetière, petit frigo, bouilloire ....) complété par une plancha dehors est récent et fonctionnel. La salle de bains est équipée d'une bonne douche à l'italienne. L'accueil personnel du propriétaire vivant sur place est appréciable. Nous recommandons.

Maison fidèle au descriptif et à l’annonce. Chalet petit mais charmant, au calme, en fond d’allée , niché dans la verdure. Se situant sur le même terrain que les propriétaires avec chacun ses espaces et pas de vis à vis. A 15-20 min de la plage en voiture , commerces à 5min en voiture . Concernant les équipements nous pensons qu’une machine à laver serait un vrai plus.

Beaucoup apprécié l'environnement du châlet, dans joli jardin sous de beaux chênes. Intérieur petit mais moderne, propre et fonctionnel. Propriétaire accueillant et très gentil ( partage sa cueillette de cèpes !!). J'espère pouvoir revenir ! Un bel endroit pour se reposer.

Ruhe und Erholung in idyllischer Umgebung
Wie bereits im vergangenen Jahr waren wir mit dieser kleinen Ferienwohung sehr zufrieden. Das sehr gepflegte Areal bietet Entspannung und Ruhe, wie man sie direkt am Atlantik nicht findet und dennoch ist das Meer gut per PKW zu erreichen. Unser zuvorkommender und sehr zurückhaltender Vermieter, Monsieur Noel, hat sich hier wirklich ein kleines Paradies geschaffen und die Tatsache , dass wir hier erneut logieren, spricht eigentlich für sich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden uns auf ein Wiedersehen im kommenden Jahr freuen.

Sehr gepflegtes, ruhiges Anwesen mit altem Baumbestand. Sehr netter Vermieter.
Das Blockhaus ist sauber und gepflegt, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im lichtdurchfluteten Wald. Die Terrasse mit Holzdielen wird von alten Bäumen beschattet und lädt zum Draußensitzen ein - einfach nur schön! Hier haben es die Grundstückseigentümer verstanden, ihre Anwesen geschmackvoll in die Natur einzubetten, ohne Kahlschlag am gewachsenen Baumbestand. Für alle, die die Gegend und das Meer lieben, auf eine Unterbringung in Strandburgen aber gerne verzichten. Auch nicht selbstverständlich in Ferienhäusern: Die Matratzen waren sehr gut! Und ein besonderer Dank an unseren netten, zurückhaltenden Vermieter, Monsieur Noel: Der Wein passte hervorragend zum Fisch!

Dans un écrin de verdure
Adorable chalet très confortable et coquet dans lequel nous avons séjourné 3 jours. Eric, le propriétaire est accueillant et discret en restant à l'écoute. Il y a beaucoup à découvrir dans cette douce et belle région. Merci M. Éric Noël d'avoir fait de ce chalet un havre de tranquillité au milieu des arbres.

Le propriétaire a été à notre écoute et nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans un logement séparé de sa maison dans un grand jardin bien au calme. On a très bien dormi dans cette petite maison bien aménagée et décorée avec goût. La terrasse est bien agréable.
