"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. "This was a wonderful hotel. The owners are very friendly. More importantly, they are so knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated Sébastien‘s kind advice on the hiking routes. He was absolutely wonderful. We love the location of this hotel as well as it was close to restaurants and the main town center. Overall, we look forward to coming back again! Merci Sebastian! "

"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem.
