"Our stay here was absolutely perfect!The host did an amazing job with the space and so much thought was put into every detail. It was perfect for the holiday to visit family but also be able to work when needed. Outside was beautiful too and the perfect space for dog walking and our adventurous 5 year old! We can’t wait to come back!"

"Stayed here for a High School fishing tournament out of Palatka City Dock. 15 minutes from the dock, plenty of room in the driveway for vehicles and boats. Fred was extremely responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was spotless and the property so beautiful! We saw horses, armadillos, a gator, a gopher tortoise, and many birds and butterflies. Plus, several of the flowering trees were in bloom! The gameroom was a hit - we would definitely stay there again!"

"We love Lake Broward due to the water being clear and very little boat activity on the water. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock and the nice beach area for swimming. Kids enjoyed the stairs to the water. We also caught a few bass from the dock. Thanks for sharing your place with us."

"The road leading to the house is very bumpy, but don’t let that fool you. The house is very nice. As soon as we walked in, I felt completely at home. Much better than a hotel/motel. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. There is a Dollar General close by, in case you need any supplies. We went to the Hawthorne Cafe for breakfast. Very nice people and good food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this location. I highly recommend it."

"Since I booked, Mary was very kind and helpful. We really felt welcome to the cottage and the neighborhood. Also, she made us feel very special leaving a card and some goodies because of our 14th Anniversary. It was very clean and organized and it was really above our expectations. We are planning to come back soon and to bring more members of our family. "

"Located in a fairly quiet RV park/resort. Nearby access to decent boat ramp. Room was very minimal without many basics like pillow cases, paper towels, shampoo or extra towels etc. The shower was nice and hot and the AC unit kept things comfortable. Coffee pot had mold growing in it and no trash bags. Lots of other dogs in the park and neighborhood..."
