There is a great big dining room to enjoy big dinners together and a large but cozy salon for spending time together. Confortable, elle est chargée d’histoire et de vécu, maison familiale par excellence. Parfait quand on aime vivre dans un lieu qui a une âme. "Originally only booked for 1 month as we were relocating to France, however due to the Covid-19 outbreak ended up staying for 3 months, and could not have been in a better place. The accommodation, area and neighbours were great would highly recommend this as a place to stay and not to far from Lyon center."

"We wanted a place close to Lyon to use as a starting point for a tour of the Massif Central. La Rafiliere fit the bill perfectly. The countryside in April was gorgeous and the house was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was not meeting the donkeys!"

"We booked the whole accommodation for 3 weeks and although owner was very helpful when asked mainly, we had to request linen changes and adequate cleaning supplies, we had to provide own toilet paper and bin liners. A car is a necessity as laundromat and supermarket are 4 kilometres away. The village is superb, great walks, a great local restaurant with several surrounding wonderful villages."

"We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit charmante oude huis. Het huis was netjes en het zwembad wordt ook goed onderhouden. De tuin is volledig afgezet en dat was ontzettend fijn voor onze honden. De communicatie met de zeer vriendelijke eigenaar is ook heel prettig verlopen. De omgeving is prachtig. Het was wel erg warm in de slaapkamers dus een ventilator was geen overbodige luxe."
