Great place!
Everything about our stay here was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had plenty of things to keep busy, the pool was perfect for us and the owners were easy to contact when I had questions. We definitely recommend this house for a relaxing family vacation.

Came to the area for a baseball tournament at Space Coast Complex. Had an incredible trip and our home for the week was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have found a better place. It was immaculately clean and everything worked perfectly.

A nice warm atmosphere to match the pool, we had a beautiful vacation filled with NASA, Disney, and the beach! Fun for all ages with a nice place to come back to. All was as advertised. Clean, convenient to the beach, entertainment, and some great restaurants too! Great hosts to a great place to stay.

Perfect for Blended Family
Open floor plan and extended outdoor patio makes this place perfect for our blended family and two sets of teenagers. All had enough space to sleep comfortably and enjoy the perfectly temped pool. Great location for many different amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We will be back to stay again!

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this lovely property. My husband and I worked from the covered pool area while the kids swam. Very well maintained pool was cleaned twice while we were there. It was perfect! Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and grill. The house is large and clean. Every day we visited one of the multiple beaches for swimming very nearby. We appreciated the owners providing all the beach and pool toys. Close to many nice restaurants, grocery store and easy drive to Orlando for theme park days.

Lovely stay. Clean and well stocked
Very thoughtfully furnished. Perfect for a family trip. We particularly appreciated the gear for small kids (toys, pool stuff, high chair, beach gear, pack n play, pool safety equipment). Even chalk and bubbles! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. Great pool and yard. The place was clean and as advertised. Owners were responsive and accessible. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again on our next visit.

Lovely vacation home with relaxing pool
We enjoyed our stay here so much! We stayed for 5 nights and wish we would’ve stayed another 2 nights. Very clean and nicely updated, has everything we needed for a family beach vacation without the stress of having to pack all the extras. Beach towels and chairs, things like shampoo and conditioner, kitchen supplies and pantry staples, pool toys, etc. Our 3 kids spent lots of time swimming and enjoyed the clean and updated pool. The beaches nearby were beautiful and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway
The home was very true to the listing and very welcome after a nightmare travel day!! We were a party ranging in age from 6 to 66 and no one had any complaints. We really appreciated the beach gear from kids toys to chairs and a wagon to tote it all. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks to the hosts for their quick communication as well.

Summer vacaty
The house was very clean. The pool is the best aspect of this house - it was much larger than expected. Beaches are close and were not crowded. The neighborhood was less modern than we expected, and the house is on a corner lot so there is traffic noise when outside. The master bed mattress was not comfortable for us, so we bought a memory foam topper along with stand alone fans for 3 bedrooms. The owner was responsive after our trip saying they’d have someone look at the ceiling fans. Owner is very responsive and communicative. This house has a good amount of space. We appreciate the sharing of your home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We travel A LOT for baseball and stay at a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of our best experiences we have had. Very clean home that was well stocked with anything you could need. Very kind and responsive host. This is a great location if you are looking for proximity to the AFB or the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex. Such easy access to the beach as well as open access to the canal at the end of the street for fishing and sunset watching. I highly recommend staying here!

Fun family vacation
We love to hang out with family on vacation. This house was perfect. We were traveling with an infant so we spent lots of time around and in the pool and house. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean. Lots of toys and games to keep us entertained. House is in a very walkable neighborhood. Met some very nice neighbors on our twice daily walks. It was a bonus for us that the house is just a few blocks away from the Patrick Air Force base as my son is a National Guard member and he was able to use the gym and we could shop at the commissary and the Exchange! A great spot for any veteran or active duty military to stay!

Family Getaway
Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood that appeared very safe. Several beaches avaliable off of A1A. The pool at the house was wonderful and the outdoor area was very comfortable. Plenty to do for kids of all ages, even during rainy days.The house was one of the best equipped of any we have stayed in and the owner was very responsive to any need we had. The only negative was the twin bed mattresses were in need of replacement. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful space for families to share. Good common area and good spacing with the bedrooms. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was great. The kids had no problem with the temperature but a heated pool would be a nice added feature! Lots of games and activities for the family to enjoy! Beach access is quick and free parking is nice.

This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 5 teenagers. Perfectly located for our needs. Our teenage boys played baseball at the Space Coast Sports Complex and our teenage girls enjoyed the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. The private pool was amazing along with the pool table and dart board. If we are ever back in the area we would rent this home again 100%. Thank you guys for sharing your home with our family!

This was a Truly Awesome Stay!
This house is amazing. My family stayed in this house for a week and we needed nothing. The hosts did a wonderful job preparing the house and it had everything you'd want or need. The pool is completely enclosed in screen so there was no problem with bugs. They even had a child gate for the porch to keep the little ones away from the pool. The game closet is fully stocked and they even had a dart board on the porch. The house is just 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and 10 minutes to Publix. And Cocoa Beach is only 15 minutes away (Ron Johns Surf Shop) lol... Even walking in the neighborhood was nice. My family highly recommends staying here and we want to thank the hosts for a Wonderful Vacation.

Perfect stay
Wonderful house, great location, close to NASA/Kennedy Space Center and blocks from the beach. House was very comfortable for 6 adults. Well stocked and had everything we needed. The screened in patio was a great gathering place with plenty of room for us and visitors. Basic cable would have been nice but we made due with the pool, pool table, darts, bikes and many other entertainment options. We had to make contact with the owners during our stay, they were attentive and did everything possible to correct this issue. Overall a fantastic visit. Thank you for making this a much better experience than any hotel could! This was our first experience with "home away" and will absolutely do it again.

Wonderful stay
This house comes as advertised. It's immaculate throughout. The kitchen is well stocked, granite counters, stainless appliances - just a nice ambiance. The eating area is spacious and the whole family room is immense. It was only two of us but it could accommodate a whole family easily. Pool table looks great and the piano is definitely in tune. Bedrooms were spacious and there was a lot of room between them. We only used the master bedroom. Mattress was great and the shower in the master bedroom was really nice. Very spa-like. Outside, the entire pool and patio are enclosed with a lanai. The pool is nice and big, but the weather was a little too cool to use it. The house is convenient to several beaches - which we took full advantage of. Coming from up north, it's always nice to spend some time on the beach. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and in Melbourne as well. Melbourne, by the way, has a real nice downtown and a great Irish Pub called the Cottage. Authentic Irish music and one of the best BLTs I've ever had. All in all - very nice. Served out purpose well - which was to get a few of days of relaxation before heading over to Tampa to visit relatives for Thanksgiving.

Large Family Paradise
Our family of 6 stayed at this lovely home and enjoyed everything it had to offer. We had 4 other family members join us for dinner and hangout and the open concept more than met our needs. The pool table was very popular and my father-in-law loved showing the grandkids how to play pool. There was also a piano which my son loved. He had missed playing piano during vacation so the piano was a pleasant surprise and he enjoyed entertaining us with music while the rest of us relaxed in the living area. The swimming pool was fantastic. There are beach towels available as well as pool toys and inflatables. Our kids had a blast on the gaming system . The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms updated. There were thoughtful items in each bathroom like body wash and shampoo for our use which made life easier. We were worried about road noise but found the road noise to be a gentle white noise waking us at just the right time to enjoy the day. The home is near the beach. We walked to the beach but you can also ride bikes (provided by the homeowner) or drive the 3 minute drive. We drove to Kennedy Space Center twice about 40 minutes away . A Publix grocery store is nearby as well as restaurants . While my daughter and I swam, my husband and sons went to a movie just down the road. The only negative thing about our trip was that we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy everything the home had to offer. We were hoping to use the kayaks and bikes and lawn games but ran out of time. This property is the perfect house for large families . Everyone has something fun to do. We recommend this home and would stay here again.
