"Large, comfortable room. Unusually large TV provided. Easy parking. Industrial area so not scenic/walkable. Excellent restaurant next door but there are cheaper options in easy driving distance (outside of Sassuolo). Sassuolo itself isn't particularly driver-friendly so one is better off heading to nearby towns for restaurants.
