"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to return next year with the other half of our family."

"The bathroom was exfremely small. It was difficult to get to the shower. This was located at the end of a very narrow bathroom. Just next to the shower, there a sink on the right side. I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc. Last, the receptionist did not let me pay the local tax by debit card/bancomat. I had to pay in cash and the chat with the receptionist was not pleasant."

"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning and as we like to sleep with the window open you heard it come on. It was switched off every night about 11 pm so was quiet for most of the night. But just annoying when it came on each morning would wake you. "
