The house is in a quiet location near the forest on the property of the landlord. Good starting point for hiking and cycling in the national park Jasmund. Distance to the sandy beach 6 km, to the ferry port 4 km, to the train station / public transport 1 km, shopping facilities nearby. The house is located on the garden plot of the landlord at the edge of the forest of Stubnitz. It is 48 m² in size and offers a wonderful view over the city of Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea. The house has 2 bedrooms. This is the first Floor. The first bedroom is a connecting room and has a double bed. The back bedroom is equipped with 2 chairs. On the ground floor of the living room is accommodated with an open kitchen. Equipment: shower / WC, radio, TV, W-LAN, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, terrace with sun furniture, barbecue, parking space, towels and bed linen are included in the price.
