"I felt I was being dealt with rather than treated as a guest during check-in and out procedures. The amenities were okay; there were only a few bathrooms for many people, and one didn't even work. This is the first hostel I've seen with a kitchen, and no one can use it. I couldn't even fill up my water bottle. Its location is excellent, and it's decent enough if you're only using it to sleep."

"Everything good. Just one thing they can improve on . Check in information for someone one that has no Wi-Fi is a little difficult since doors are controlled by WiFi app. Also they have air conditioning in room but not in the rest of the house which was hot and unbearable."

"Our stay - We advised them what time we would arrive; no body there to greet us. The owner's Mom was very kind, helped check us in, but clearly this isn't her job. The room. Dirty. The door to the bathroom is filthy. There are several LARGE scent diffusers, which I didn't think much of. As the smell was overwhelming, I moved it to the hall. When we came back, we knew why they had them all over the place. It smells horrible. The bathrooms are nice. They money on that. The bed's mattress is...

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "
