We arrived at the apartment to realize the payment was accepted but nobody sent us the instructions to get in. When I messaged the owner, they told me the apartment has been double booked and we could not get in. Most hotels were full that weekend so they really ruined my stay in Saskatoon. Gladly, the Vrbo customer service was quick to answer and managed to find us another place to stay.
