Welcome to the Georgia! This is a brand new built second floor suite in the heart of Saskatoon. This suite features vaulted ceilings, a spacious living room with large windows and a beautiful view of mature trees. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you might need. There are stainless steel appliances, a sit-up island and a keurig for your morning coffee. The bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom and this suite also has it's own washer & dryer. There is a private deck off of the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or a favorite beverage in the evening. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop, a small grocery store, and a short drive to downtown and the river.
