"I liked traditional British style of the hotel and the pub. I didn’t like the surrounding full of homelessness and bad smell…. unsafe for visitors."

"The restaurant managers took more time trying to make sure they had an even amount of patrons per server than getting us to our seats. I watched it happen every time someone walked in the door. People stood there for over 5 minutes. The renovations will be nice when finished but in my room the silicone around the newly installed tub was horrible. Grouting wasn’t finished properly. It’s not the property’s fault, it’s the lack of craftsmanship of that company. Hopefully someone will do an inspection and get things fixed up a bit. I like staying and will continue to"
