"Great place to spend the night before flying out of New Chitose. The onsen is very well equipped and the little free goodies at different times of day are appreciated. The room was quite small with only one side of the double bed accessible but for the price it was a great stay. "

"We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores. Sapporo, beach locations, a main commercial avenue in Tomakomai and Chitose airport are all accessible by bus. However the nearby mountain lake was not, hence the need for a car. We stayed there because of the proximity to the ferry. The room is small but very well distributed with all comforts covered. The outside and neighbour noise was minimal. The breakfast was a delight each morning. It is a good base even without a car."

"If you're a tourist from the United States, you might find the room a tad small compared to what you're used to. But the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and attentive, the breakfast is fantastic for the price, and it is located literally 100 feet from the train station. It is a budget-friendly option and I think if you're a single person or couple looking for a clean and safe option, this hotel could be what you're looking for. Very pleased with our stay."

"Exceptional. A beautiful well appointed room very comfortable with all the ammenities expected. An oasis is how I would describe it The staff went above and beyond. We made this booking on the morning after our other hotel was affected by a mud slide. It is the the most memorable of all our stays in Hokkaido. Recommended to anyone. Thank you for our stay"
