Magnificent Tranquil Tuscan Villa in the Countryside

Our House is set in the Tuscan countryside with great views of Tuscan Hills. It is a 20 minute drive from the Historical center of Montepulciano and is centrally located between Rome, Florence, and Siena. It is a short drive from other towns such as Pienza, Cortona, Orvieto, Montalcino, and Assisi. It is about a 45 minute drive from Siena and 60 minute drive to Florence. Villa has some modern decor but with the Tuscan feel. Living Room has a Sofa, Air Conditioning, Heat, great working WIFI, and 40" Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Pots, Dishes, Glasses, Condiments and Spices to cook some meals while in Tuscany. French Doors lead out to Private Patio which has a sitting area and dining area. My Guests enjoy having their meals and local wines, outside on the patio which overlooks the Tuscan Hills. A Barbecue Grill is also available. Bedroom has a Queen size modern bed, new mattress, Dresser and Large Armoire. Bathroom has been updated and has a comfortable new Shower. This property is ideal for a couple, who want to enjoy a quiet romantic getaway in a tranquil area of Tuscany.
Guests have use of entire Villa and do not share the space with any other Guests. Our Check-In time is 2pm, and Check Out Time is 11am. but we are flexible with the times if it is possible.

Peaceful place
This was very peaceful place to stay during our vacation to Italy. The home is very cute, well equipped and clean. Surroundings are very quiet. The outdoor space is nice. Dorita and Vincent were wonderful hosts! Dorita helped us find local grocery store and made other local recommendations and Vincent show us his treasure "Fiat 500-600 collection", I love it. We recommend this place Unnar and Gudrun

Wonderful Property with Gorgeous Garden
I’d highly recommend this property! The owners are very nice and were welcoming, showing us around the property and giving lots of suggestions re: restaurants, supermarkets etc. They had very kindly provided some water, fruit and a terrific bottle of local red wine! The property is next to the owners home but it is very private. The property itself was very spacious for two people, it was clean and well equipped. For me, the garden was the star of the show! It has a good sized patio with a covered section for shade and a lovely lawned area with sun loungers. The garden gets sun all day. The owner is obviously keen on gardening as it’s designed and maintained really well. You definitely need a car if staying here. You can’t walk to any of the local restaurants or bars. Sarteano is about 3-4km away but on a road that’s possibly a little dangerous to consider walking due to the tight corners (and the crazy Italians driving!!) All in all we couldn’t have been happier with this property and we will be certainly booking again in the future!

The house was comfortable, nice, clean and in a good location.
The house is very good. The owners was very welcoming and helpful. We had a really good time and recommend this house. We also appreciate the privacy we got. But Please, Dorita, buy a new mattress for the bed!!! It is so important to have good night sleep, also in vacation. Thanks a lot for your lovely host. Tali and Amir.

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts
My wife and I stayed in Dorita and Vincenzo's guest house for four nights in September and loved it. They were very helpful and gracious, and the house is spacious and very comfortable. We loved Tuscany and the convenience that staying in Sarteano provided for exploring the area during this part of our trip to Italy. Sarteano is close to the thermal springs in Chinciano Terme, and there are several good restaurants in the area. One that we particularly enjoyed on our last night there was Tuscany Divine in Chiusi, a short drive from the house. They had a great tasting menu as well as main courses and other options. Dorita can guide you well with other suggestions, in addition.

Perfect location for exploring Tuscany. Peaceful and serine view. Wonderful hosts!
We often rent homes/apartments for our vacations. This one ranks in the top tier. The hosts met us near the house to show us the way. They welcomed us with snacks, a bottle of wine, breakfast for the next day and wonderful suggestions, directions and hospitality.

Wonderful Haven
This was favorite house house during my vacation to Italy. The home is very cute, well equipped, clean, and peaceful. Surroundings are very quiet. The outdoor space and view are breathtaking. There is ample outdoor space with seating to enjoy the scenery. Dorita and Vincent were wonderful hosts! Dorita helped us find local favorites at the grocery store and made other local recommendations. They even met us as the grocery store to help us find their place. These two are so hospitable. I hope to return!

Ruhige Lage in schöner Landschaft
Dorita und Vincenzo sind sehr angenehme und diskrete Gastgeber, die uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gaben und unsere "Sonderwünsche" (nachts kein Licht im Garten damit wir den Sternenhimmel besser genießen konnten) gerne erfüllten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und perfekt für zwei Personen. Der Garten am Haus ist prima zum Lesen, relaxen und draußen essen. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig in schöner Landschaft gelegen, allerdings ist ein Auto (oder Fahrrad und gute Kondition) erforderlich, da die nächstgelegenen Orte (Chianciano Terme und Sarteano) 3 bzw. 5 km entfernt sind. Dort gibt es jede Menge Einkaufmöglichkeiten, nette Bars und sehr gute Restaurants. Im näheren und weiteren Umland sind vielfältige Ausflüge in die Natur und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten möglich. Wir waren fast 3 Wochen hier und haben unseren Urlaub in Bella Italia (trotz Covid) sehr genossen.

tres jolie style de maison confortable
Nous avons passé un séjour chez des gens très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue. Je remercie Madame Dorita pour les excellents légumes quelle nous a donnée. Je dois déplorer qu'in ne fait pas mention qu'il faut partager la surface avec le propriétaire. d'autre par une petite piscine ne saurait être de trop dans cette région très chaude.
