What a great little city Sarteano
Leonardo was great. He set us up with a mobile WiFi, then we could take with us on day trips. He also told us about all the great restaurants in the area. Then he took the time to tell us which little cites to visit . We have a Garmin GPS and we just typed in the city name and it took us to the cities we could not have found . Fantastic stay!!
A lovely little property in a lovely little village!! We were a couple staying for 4 days in Sarteano. The cottage is perfectly positioned for trips to the neighbouring towns, and for an evening stroll to the castle or the handful of superb restaurants. Small but perfectly formed, we found the cottage well equipped and exactly what we required for our stay. We had no complaints about the quaint and pretty Accomodation. Leonardo was a great host. Our flight was delayed so it was late when we arrived, but we were still made to feel welcome and he still took the time to show us around the village. Leonardo also made suggestions about days out and restaurants, all of which were fantastic choices. All in all, we had a great time and would be more than happy to recommend this Accomodation to friends and family, and to return again ourselves, only maybe for a month next time!!

Propriétaire disponible et très sympathique qui n'hésite pas à venir vous chercher à la sortie de l'autoroute et qui donne plein d'indications sur tout ce qu'il y a à voir dans la région. Location calme et agréable dans la petite ville de Sarteano, bien située entre Toscane et Ombrie.

Durchaus rustikal aber wohl authentisch
Wer gerne einen Eindruck vom Leben im historischen Bezirk einer toskanischen Provinzstadt gewinnen möchte, ist hier gut untergebracht. Enge Straßen und ein nahes Gegenüber lassen wenig Licht herein, sorgen in heißen Sommern aber wohl für Schatten und angenehme Temperaturen. Schön, dass die Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal unterhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung über einen offenen Kamin verfügt - für wärmende Abende in kälteren Zeiten. Die vergleichsweise engen Wohnräume mit dunklem Mobiliar bieten wenig Luxus. Man sollte dafür umso mehr ein heiteres Gemüt mitbringen. Insgesamt aber ist es sauber. Auf die Kunstdrucke nach Munch (Der Schrei!), Picasso und de Chirico in billigen Baumarktrahmen hätte man gerne verzichten können. Wir waren von der Unterkunft zunächst wenig angetan, haben uns dann aber doch hier und in Sarteano insgesamt recht wohl gefühlt.

Lovely place
Lovely place, full of character right in the historic part of the town. Fully equipped kitchen, nice decor and very friendly and helpful host. A great pizza place around the corner and easy drive to spas in the nearby towns. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends!
