"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

It turned them out during my son's shower! Once we figured it out, it was ok but would have been good to know ahead of time so it wasn't a surprise when the lights went out. "
