In the hamlet Ville sur Sarre 8 km from the centre of Sarre, in a quiet position, south-east facing position. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bar 8 km, bus stop "Sarre" 8 km, thermal baths "Pre'-Saint-Didier" 36 km. Nearby attractions: Courmayeur Mont Blanc 36 km, Ovovia Aosta-Pila 12 km, pista di fondo Saint Nicholas 13 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 90 m2 on 4 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 01.05. On the lower ground floor: small living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC. Parquet floors. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Logement charmant dans un endroit bien situé au coeur du Val d'Aoste; Petit hameau alpin en pleine nature. Vues sur de nombreux sommets des hautes Alpes.. Seul inconvénient, environ 7 km d'une route en lacets pour rejoindre les axes routiers principaux.

Si vous aimez les endroits un peu reculés, à l'écart des routes fréquentées, cette maison est faite pour vous. L'équipement est complet, le propriétaire très sympathique. L'endroit est à peine à un quart d'heure de la vallée, départ de toutes vos balades. Nous relouerons sans hésiter.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die schönen und bequemen original Bauernbetten sind etwas kurz für große Gäste und quietschen etwas.

Leuk, knus huis op koele hoogte
We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in dit huis! De kamers zijn verdeeld over 4 verdiepingen. In de kelder is het haast koud, op zolder is het redelijk warm. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heel knus ingericht. De eigenaar praat alleen Italiaans en Frans, maar is heel erg behulpzaam. Een paar kleine nadelen: er is geen parkeerplaats bij het huis, het gasfornuis heeft wat kuren en de 2-persoonsbedden zijn erg smal. Maar ondanks dat een heel leuk vakantiehuis.
