"This is a lovely place in a small village, large apartment with usual appliances, bring your own dishwasher tabs and washing powder. Manager is friendly and approachable with lots of local knowledge shops and amenities. Property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would do so again if we were visiting the are."

"Loved this place, great location for all amenities and lots to do in the area. The dog loved the area too. My son is 11 and never got bored!! We cycled the Col de Tourmalet, paraglided, kayak, paddle board and lots of walking. Would highly reccommend the property as it had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 😁"

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Émilie dans cette charmante commune d'Asté. Le logement est conforme à sa description. On y est au calme et c'était un plaisir d'y passer ces quelques jours. Les activités autour d'Asté sont nombreuses. Nous avons pu profiter : - des grottes de Medous. - de balades autour du Tourmalet et du Chiroulet. Vraiment un super séjour ! Merci."

"I cannot put into words how good our time in Escala was. Graham was absolutely incredible as a host, and the house is impeccable. It’s a perfect getaway for friends and family, in the most scenic picturesque location. The house has everything: a pool, jacuzzi, plenty of common areas, a second house!! "No welcome instructions sent, had to call the owner who asked us why we were phoning! However...Nice gîte in quiet location not too far from cable car (journey 5 mins by car) to ski station. Comfy real fire and multi fuel burner. Faded living area. Nice bathroom and nice enough second bathroom. Good enough kitchen but some things missing eg. cheese grater a good knife...a few things like that. Generally a nice place to stay but needs some TLC and more dinner plates (only 3 there and about 40...
